MINTZ SECURES FAVORABLE RESOLUTION FOR CLIENT IN CAN-SPAM ACT CASE

Mintz secured a favorable resolution of a federal criminal case on behalf of our
client in a 10-count federal indictment alleging conspiracy, wire fraud, and
electronic mail fraud. This charge of electronic mail fraud was the first-ever
case indicted and prosecuted under the CAN-SPAM Act.
