Other products from different manufacturers may have restrictions and need approvals case by case. Poly and Jabra headsets and accessories must be in its original manufacturer packaging, both inside and outside must be unused. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. If a return or exchange is needed as a result of our error, including any shipments to the wrong location, we will provide a prepaid label to return the item and will pay to ship the replacement item via standard ground shipping if for both orders within the continental U.S. If the exchange request is based is a product failure it must be reported within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product.
