my app have form with signature field box where he will click for sign with
docusign and he should get the ui of the select sign and submit and in response
he will get the signature. because form is not yet submitted we cant sent the
document to docusign.is ti possible to use the esign as only the signature
service ?

Hello everyone, I signed a PDF document with DocuSign to add a trade name to my
business in a French government portal, but I received the error: Your signature
is not valid:The summary was signed with a non-EU foreign certificate whose
certification authority is not included among those defined in the eIDAS trusted
lists. Therefore, your signature is not considered valid as we cannot find the
certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trusted lists.We
invite you to contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.
Could someone kindly give me advice on how to resolve this issue?Thank you very

Hi DocuSign team, Hope you can guide on this concern, an envelope was sent for 4
recipients to complete, later it was voided (two days later) three of them
completed before it was voided, the customer who did not sign the envelope still
receives reminders to complete it but how if it was voided? Could you please

sign I cannot access to contract to sign. There is a pop up “Something went

HOW DO I SEE PRIOR DOCUMENTS I'VE BEEN SENT?
I've received a dozen Docusign documents related to a home sale, over the past
few months. My realtor says she sent me a critical one 6 days ago, and I don’t
see having ever received it. All this was to my personal email, prior to me
having signed up for a Docusign account. I created a Docusign account this
morning under the same email address, which I was hoping would populate with
prior documents that I’d received to that email address, but it doesn’t seem to
haver done so. Anything I can do to view history from my end? Or not so much?

Hello, A supplier sent me a contract to sign. At this moment, I am the only
recipient. But before I sign it I’d like to have it checked by one of my
partners. It’s the first time I use this web appli (Docusign). By the way, I am
a little bit lost...😮 Do I have to ask the supplier to add my partner email in
his contact list? Or can I manage that directly as to allow my partner to check

verification of my ID. I successfully did this and received the email confirming
this was successful. However when I tried to open the document, it took me 4
times but I kept receiving “Your identity couldn’t be verified”. The lawyer is

DOWNLOADING A SINGLE DOCUMENT IN THE ENVELOPPE WITH ITS SUMMARY
Is it possible to download a single document in an enveloppe with its summary?
This exact issue needs to be adressed. I have documents sent out to clients that
I need to forward to other parties, but I can’t attach the whole enveloppe,
since not all the documents are to be sent to all parties. I can’t merge
anything in Adobe, it recognizes the signatures as invalid. This is a HUGE
problem. Thanks

DOCUSIGN NOT ALLOWING ME TO FINISH. KEEPS LOOPING BACK AS IF NOT SIGNED
I keep filling in the required lines and adding my signature and at the end when
I hit finish, it just loops back to where I filled in the name of the account
and signature, as if I hadnt signed it, even though I did. Very frustrating and
cannot complete docusign bc of this. Is there a work-around to this? Any

FREE TRIAL RECIPIENT LIMIT
Hello. I am using a free trial mode docusign. I understood I have a 30-day trial
with 5 envelopes. I used a first envelope with a signature test with nine people
and it worked perfectly. Now I am trying to sign a document with 24 people and
afeter the first five recipientes there is an alert sign saying “The recipient
limit on the envelope has been exceeded.” I don’t understand why I was able to
sign a document with 9 recipeints before. What is the limit of recipients for
envelope on the free trial mode? Is there a way I can make 24 people sign? Thank

authentication of a DocuSign signature? This is to understand whether retention
of the entire package received after signature is necessary or not and whether a
