TERMS & CONDITIONS It's the lawyer in us! Enter via this site (up to 3 entries per category per person) until 11:59pm ET, November 30, 2022 (the Contest Period). After the Contest Period, the Manager Method team will determine, in our sole discretion, the best entry in each category. We will notify winners via the email address submitted in the entry and on our website (this page), social media and email on December 9, 2022. The winning entrant in each category will receive a $100 Amazon gift card by email, and their manager will receive a $100 Amazon gift card as well. If we do not receive the email address for the manager, we will send two $100 Amazon gift cards to the entrant, who agrees to be responsible for providing one to their manager. The categories are: * Best Onboarding Leader: A leader who made your experience joining the organization better than expected - it could be clarity around your role, shadow opportunities, great swag or anything that made you feel welcome. * Best "There When I Needed Them" Leader: A leader who helped you in a tough time, professionally or personally, who showed you they didn't just care about your work, but you as a person. * Best "Supported Me Publicly" Leader: A leader who recognized your contributions in a way that made you feel great. * Best "No Longer My Boss But They're the Best" Leader: A former boss whose leadership has stuck with you for years based on how they treated you and the team. * Best "Treats Everyone with Respect" Leader: A leader who walks the walk of treating everyone like they matter, regardless of their place on the org chart. By entering, you agree to publication of your story in whole or in part (including on our email, website and social media accounts). We won't publish identifiable details (i.e., company or manager full name) without the manager's consent. You will receive the Manager Method Minute every Thursday in your email, and periodic communications from us. Unsubscribe anytime.
