I checked with the night mash house operator and he was able to keep the operating temperature down today. He remarked that the temperature dropped after sundown. Keep up the great work. I was at a store manager meeting last week and a store manager (who tried really hard to remember the tech’s name) wanted to say how much he appreciated the kindness & service. We think we narrowed it down to Kalvin, but regardless of who it was, the manager said that he felt very taken care of. The tech also stopped back in the following day to make sure the cooler was holding temp. It really meant a lot to him that the tech did this. Thank you to all the techs who work with our best interest in mind. I really appreciate the partnership from everyone at BME.
