Crack Brisket proudly offers catering services for your personal and business
needs. Whether you’re hosting a business luncheon, tailgating at a sporting
event, celebrating a special occasion, or just having a picnic at the park, we
are happy to explore options with you to meet your needs. Any way you slice it,
nothing tops off a gathering more perfectly than a moist and juicy cut of meat.
After all, it is Texas y'all!

You will find Crack Brisket’s catering staff to be professional, pleasant, and
prompt to take care of you. We strive to have really happy customers. Oh, and
really happy bellies.

I’m an IT Project Manager and this career background allows me to bring my
customer service skill set to the business of smoking brisket. In order to
prevent our valued customers from having a cow, we ensure quality products and
service by applying the core concept of continuous service improvement. We aim
to carve up delighted and satisfied customers. Complimented with a side of
giddy.

former Texan, or transplant Texan, our brisket will give you something to talk

to be unpleasant side effects. These may include watering of the mouth, sweating
for lack of meat sweats, vivid dreams of cows, and hangry moooo-d swings which
may take place at any time. … but fear not carnivorous Americans, if you’re
burnin’ for some bbq, Crack Brisket is only a call or click away.

Booking is now available online using our new online order form. Orders may be
placed up to two months in advance. Now that is awesome sauce.

SMOKED BRISKET

DURATION VARIES

A full slab order of smoked brisket is set up for a minimum of 10lbs. Each order
includes bread, pickles, onions and bbq sauce. I should mention that our burnt
ends may have healing powers.

Unbelievable BBQ brisket with burnt ends, perfect amount of fat, lean meat with
pepper. Not too salty or smoky. We were big fans of Hutchins, but this is so
much better. We also ordered 6 sausage on a sticks, which were equally amazing-
perfectly spiced and flavored. So good it didn't even need BBQ sauce, which was
also provided. Mac's BBQ I was so lucky to have stumbled across on Yelp, and so
close to where we live. This made our Christmas dinner so good and it reheated
beautifully. We will definitely be back again - what a treat!!!

We learned about Crack Brisket from a pop-up event. We ordered 10 pounds of pork
belly burnt ends and Texas twinkies for a get together over the weekend.
Needless to say, everyone raved about the food. The biggest hit was definitely
the pork belly burnt ends. Definitely recommend them if you ever need catering.
You cant go wrong!

This is some good bbq right here. Brisket is nice and tender, the burnt ends are
fantastic. The rub flavor is nice- good combo of smokiness, pepper, and the
right amount of kick. Downside? Well, when I took all this bbq home, it made my
car smell like bbq. Now I'll be smelling that as I drive around and it's just
going to make me hungry for more Crack Brisket.
