STEP 2: OFFLOAD * Whilst on the W/B the truck will offload directly into the mobile receiving hopper. * The cargo is transferred from the hopper into 1mt bags by 4 x screw conveyors. STEP 3: WEIGH-OUT * Once offloaded, the truck will weigh out and collect his paperwork from the Weighbridge Office. STEP 4: STORE * The cargo is stored safely in our certified food grade warehouse until it is time to load it out. STEP 5: LOCAL FCL * A Polyprop Bulkhead with steel re-enforcing bars are installed prior to loading. * Loading is done by a 2 Point Screw Conveyor System that is capable of running at a min. of 30mt p/hr.
