Modern will be the final piece of jigsaw puzzle that completes the
transformation of the Beach Road precinct.


Tiong Seng Holdings is the appointed main contractor for Midtown Modern. 2 grand
buildings standing at 30-Storey tall with commercial retail shops at  1st
storey. Beside the retails space, Midtown Modern will also have an open public
plaza, a car park, an underground pedestrian link and communal facilities such
as a 50-m swimming pool, aqua barre, landscape deck, 3 Pavilions namely Play
