Welcome to the Values Voices Survey November 2022



The questions you will be answering today are centered on the values, behaviors
and anchors of the Axis Values Realization program. These responses will form a
critical part of the Organization’s Values Scorecard, as we aim to measure and
monitor the extent to which we live our values at Axis Bank.



This survey is expected to take 15 minutes, so we request you to take a brief
break, sit in your favorite spot with a cup of tea or coffee and reflect on your
responses as you share them, giving us Dil Se Open feedback on our Values
