DEAR MAY FROM MAHALIA

I always knew I’d write this letter to you someday. I just didn’t know when.
Now, as I’m walking down a street in central London, I feel like it’s a good
time to say exactly what I want to say to you. 


JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A PREFERENCE FOR GIRLS DOESN’T MEAN I’M NOT BISEXUAL

Although the majority of people I’ve come out to have been nothing but accepting
most of them don’t grasp the concept of bisexuality.


SELF CARE SUNDAY – LOLO ZOUAĪ

I’m caring - I care about the people in my life but I also care about myself. I
put myself first sometimes - if I’m not good I can’t do anything good so I
always make sure I’m ok before I give everything to someone else. Maybe I'm
selfish but I’m a caring selfish person. 


BREAK THE STIGMA

I have suffered from depression, and continue to suffer from chronic anxiety.


AUDITION TIPS WITH AIMEE LOU WOOD

 It is just an audition. It is just an acting job. There will be more. Don’t let
it all define you or affect your worth. We shouldn’t let being an actor get in
the way of being a human being.


BUT YOU DON’T LOOK SICK?

My name is Alaia Baldwin, and I was diagnosed with endometriosis three years
ago.

We are getting there, slowly but surely.

I often view my life as having two parts; the one before my panic attack and the
