Make sure you use your Email and Password from your MyCareCompass account
(formerly my resultsTM and my ehealthTM).

If you don't remember your password
Reset Password
If your account is locked, wait 4 hours before trying to log in again or
Unlock Your Account
Enter the email address you used to create your MyCareCompass account.

Your MyCareCompass password is cAsE seNsiTive, at least 8 characters long, and
contains at least one number or special character.
