your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items
within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as
new and where possible, in its original packaging.
If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund
if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If
the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12
months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we
reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

This option simply allows you to spread the cost of your purchase by paying in
monthly instalments. You can choose to spread the cost anywhere between 12 and
36 months. Interest is charged at the APR displayed however you can make
additional payments or pay your balance off early at no extra cost. All
purchases over £99 are available on this option.
BUY NOW PAY LATER
This is an interest bearing credit option that allows you to delay payments over
a set period of time. If you pay the full balance of your purchase within the
set period, no interest will be charged. Any balance left to pay after the set
period will accrue interest from the date of purchase. If Buy Now Pay Later
options are available for your purchase, they will be displayed when you choose
Flexible credit at checkout.
INTEREST FREE CREDIT
Interest Free Credit offers are available on a promotional basis for selected
products. Interest Free credit allows you to spread the cost of your purchase
