QUICK SETUP

 * Download the ARChon runtime, extract it, navigate to chrome://extensions,
   enable "Developer Mode", load the runtime
 * 
 * Download the Sample App, extract it, load it as an unpacked extention, press
   "Launch".
 * Convert other apps with tools listed below.
