HOW IT WORKS?


1. SIGN UP

Fill out our onboarding survey. You’ll be invited to participate in surveys
based on your professional profile.


2. TAKE SURVEYS

You'll be invited to give feedback on different websites, creatives, or sales
copy. One survey takes 5-15 minutes.


3. GET PAID

After every survey, we pay you $10-$100, depending on the survey type and
requested audience criteria (that comes up to $120 to $600/hr). You can choose
between different options (gift cards, VISA, PayPal, or charities) to get paid.


15 MINUTES OR LESS PER SURVEY. WHENEVER YOU WANT TO.

Every now and then we'll email you when a company is looking for people with
your profile. You can choose to be part of the study if it's convenient for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay to be a participant?

No.

What do I need to get started?

- A computer. Our app doesn’t support taking surveys on mobile devices
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Native or proficient in written English
- Currently employed
- An active LinkedIn account with an up-to-date professional profile

Do I need to have a LinkedIn account to sign up?

Yes. We use it to verify your Wynter account.

I'm from [Country X]. Can I sign up?

Wynter is currently accepting applications from the US, CA, AU, NZ, and Europe.

How much do I get paid?

After every survey, we pay you $10-$100 USD, depending on the survey type and
your seniority. The full-page message tests and the buyer intelligence surveys
usually take 10–15 minutes to complete. The video walkthroughs take 10 minutes
to complete. The outbound email and preference tests take 5–15 minutes to
complete. Click here for more information on our message test types and

How do I get paid, and when do I get paid?

Payouts are sent within 5 days after completing the test. We send payments via a
link to a rewards page where you can choose between different options (gift
cards, VISA, PayPal, or charities) to claim your payout. U.S. recipients who
receive $600+ in rewards to the same email will be asked to fill out a W-9 form
when redeeming their rewards.

The payouts are sent from the email address rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
Please be sure to allow your spam filters (whitelist) to pass through emails
coming from rewards@reward.tremendous.com to make sure they do not get labeled
as junk or spam. Also, check your junk or spam folder in the event it was
inadvertently placed in that folder.

Are my payments taxed?

All Wynter participants are obliged to fully comply with all tax obligations in
their country that arise from the applicable laws in relation to providing such
services.

What do the surveys look like?

Are my answers anonymous?

Yes. Survey results only display the first name and job title of your Wynter
participant profile.

When will I get verified?

Due to the increased amount of new signups, our verification process takes more
time. Currently, we are prioritising verifying people from the SaaS, eCommerce,
and professional services industries. You will receive an email once your
profile is verified.

How soon will I be able to start getting paid to test?

After your profile gets verified, you’ll start receiving survey invitations to
your email as soon as a Wynter client requests feedback from people with your
professional profile. Test requests are client project–dependent and
asynchronous. Profile verification is done manually, and we are doing our best
to verify your profile as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your
profile is verified.

How often will I be contacted to participate in a survey?

It depends on your professional profile and industry. Professionals from the
SaaS, Ecommerce, or professional services industries can expect at least two
tests per month. For others, whenever a survey comes in that matches your
professional profile.

How do I apply to be a participant?

The application process is simple. Click on the “Become a participant” button,
fill in the onboarding form, and submit it. Apply to be a participant.
