OVERVIEW

WHAT IS ALLDEFI?

AllDefi is a DAO governed asset management platform. It is an end-to-end
decentralized ecosystem that allows for frictionless interaction between virtual
investors and real world professional fund managers through a set of protocols.

AllDefi aims to grant all on-chain investors access to hedge fund quality asset
management services with full transparency without the need of centralized
custody. In the same time, it enables professional hedge fund managers to create
and manage decentralized funds in simple steps to service clients.

The protocol will support ETH Mainnet and Layer 2 Chain including Arbitrum.

PROTOCOL OVERVIEW:

AllDeFi consists of a number of smart contracts specifying the operation and
execution of the platform. These smart contracts can be grouped into two major
function protocols: AllDeFi Investment DAO Protocol and AllDeFi Management
Protocol.

AllDeFi Investment DAO Protocol is a decentralized custody solution that allow
investors to make investment into decentralized funds.

AllDeFi Management Protocol allows fund manager to manage client's fund through
interaction with third-party DeFi protocols with customized risk control.
