UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD

Use the form below to update your payment method on file

This Payment Method Authorization permits Firepoint the right to store and
maintain the payment method provided for the payment of charges agreed by the
Client and its Affiliated Parties.  The Terms and Conditions on Firepoint’s
website are an integral part of this Agreement and can be found at
https://www.firepoint.net/license-terms. All Payments are stated and shall be
made in U.S. dollars. Client and Affiliated Parties shall provide Firepoint
with, and maintain at all times during the Term, a valid payment method. Client
or Affiliated Party hereby authorizes Firepoint to charge all agreed fees to the
payment method on file. Client and its Authorized Users are permitted to access
the Service for the Term only for so long as all payments due to Firepoint are
paid when due. If the payment method is declined, the charge failed or is
reversed for any reason, the party shall provide a valid alternative payment
method and shall pay the full amount due in a timely manner.  Administrative
fees for reversed or late payments may apply.
