Pet Policy

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we
strive to make them feel right at home. Citria welcomes cats and dogs, no breed
or weight restrictions!

There is a non-refundable fee of $400 for one pet and $750 for two pets along
with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Furry residents must complete pet
interviews.

Other restrictions may apply. Contact leasing office for details.

It’s been a great experience from efficient maintenance to communicative office

are great for families!

A very social and friendly community. The pool is like a resort, very happy with
the temperature it’s heated at as well. Great place to live!

The apartments are beautiful.. we bought without seeing and we’re not
disappointed. Everything we could hope for. Staff was awesome to us and all our
