Mah Sing continues to be active in landbanking activities with three land
acquisitions in 2021 which is M Senyum in Salak Tinggi, M Astra in Setapak, and
M Nova in Kepong. The Group plans to launch these three new lands in 2022 by
introducing three new M Series developments, with M Senyum launched in Q1 2022,
while M Astra and M Nova is targeted to launch in second half of 2022. Mah Sing
recently acquired a new freehold land in Mukim Tebrau Johor Bahru to develop a
mixed development named M Minori.

M Centura, Mah Sing’s first M Series under the affordable development range was
ready for Vacant Possession (VP) in December 2021. The fully sold project

encourage cycling activities, and safety improvement for cyclists as well.
