IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE O2 ARENA

TICKETING: All ticketing with The O2 is now digital using AXS Mobile ID. In
order to access your tickets you are required to download both The O2 app and
the AXS Ticketing app.

NOTE: Please create your account using the email address that this invitation
has been sent to.You will be required to verify your account from both The O2
and the AXS Ticketing apps. Please ensure you do so. If you have any issues
please contact ukhospitality@dhl.com.

CLEAR BAG POLICY: The O2 have introduced a strict clear bag policy so that they
can carry out screening contact-free.

Only one see-through bag is allowed per person (35cm x 40cm x 19cm).

Larger/ other bags can be left outside of the venue at the bag drop facility, at
a reduced fee of £5 for our Encore Guests, when a valid event ticket is
produced.
 

CASHLESS: The O2 is a cashless venue. They only accept card or contactless
payments.
 

SECURITY: For security resons, all guests are not permitted to re-enter the
Arena.

Please leave enough time to get through security checks.
 

AGE RESTRCITION: Under 18's will not be admitted to the suite unless accompanied
by an adult.
 

AMEX VIP LOUNGE: Please note that The American Express VIP Lounge will be open
before the main doors open, and remains open until late, usually midnight. Your
entry ticket will be required to gain entry to the lounge, which is situated on
the Ground Floor after security.

AEG - The O2


REGISTRATION

Q. What will be done with my information once it’s submitted?
It is only with your permission that DHL can use any personal data that you
submit. Access to this information will be restricted to DHL’s Team and their
nominated event agency. Once an event has passed, all sensitive data will be
purged with only the required information securely kept for a 2 year period
after which it will be completely wiped.

Q. I would like to attend but cannot do so on the dates for which I have been
invited. Can I change my dates?
Please indicate this on the registration page and inform your DHL account
manager as soon as possible so we can review if alternative dates are available.

Q. Can I make changes to my registration details once submitted?
If you need to make amendments, please do so by following the link to the
registration page on your email invitation. After the Guest Registration Website
closes, please email your DHL Host to alert them to the changes made.

Q. What if I find out nearer to the time that I cannot attend?
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please inform your DHL Host as soon
as possible.

Q. Can I pass on my invitation to a business partner or family member if I
cannot attend?
As a valued business partner of DHL, your invitation is exclusive to you and is
non-transferable.

Q. What if I have specific dietary or medical requirements?
At the time you register, please let us know about any specific dietary or
medical needs.


TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT

Q. Is transportation provided?
No – unless you are informed directly by your host that transportation is being
provided, please make the necessary arrangements for travel to and from the
venue.


ITINERARIES AND TICKETS

Q. When will I know my exact itinerary?
Please see the Event Information page for the details of your invitation. This
section will be continually updated so please keep checking back to see any
changes. We will also email you prior to the event with any additional
information.

Q. When will I receive my tickets?
Some event tickets are collected at the venue on the day, while others are sent
prior. Please contact your DHL Host to find out more details.

Q. Can I purchase additional tickets through DHL?
No. However, if you have any questions regarding your invitation, please liaise
directly with your DHL host.

Q. In the event that I lose a ticket, can it be replaced?
It is essential that you take care to keep your tickets safe at all times as it
is up to the event organizer whether they will honor or replace lost tickets.
Should anything like this arise, guests should immediately inform their DHL
host.


OTHER

Q. Is there a dress code? What kind of clothing should I bring?
Please see your Event Information page for details regarding the dress code. If
no specific dress code is mentioned, please assume the dress code is smart
casual.

Q. Will security concerns impact my experience?
The organizers of this event have developed and implemented very tight
procedures and controls to ensure the safety and security of all spectators,
sponsors, performers, media and organizers. We recommend arriving with enough
time to account for any bag checks or security procedures that could potentially
delay your entry to the venue.
We hope that your experience is safe, secure and most enjoyable, and your
cooperation with our staff at all times will assist us in helping you throughout
the event.
