The NRS is a vital service that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or
have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls.

This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to KPMG people,
contractors and other stakeholders to enable the reporting of any issue that may
adversely affect KPMG or its people or reputation. Further information on the
sorts of matters that should be reported and the ways that they can be reported
are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site, where you
will find access to the KPMG Code of Conduct and answers to some of the most
frequently asked questions about the service provided to KPMG by Stopline and
how it works.

Maintaining our commitment to the KPMG Code of Conduct is an important step in
working towards achieving our vision, mission and business objectives. At KPMG
we have a whistleblower program that empowers you to play an active role in the
elimination of improper conduct in the workplace.

This program now provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent
provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of your concerns
via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our
program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire.
Stopline is available to all KPMG employees, contractors or designated
stakeholders and translation services can be provided if requested.

As well as the disclosure process, the website provides access to our Code of
Conduct, Whistleblower Policy and answers to some of the most frequently asked
questions for your reference. We believe that good corporate governance has the
