WELCOME BACK TO HAMMERSMITH

We’ve stepped up our hygiene measures and implementing appropriate safeguards,
so there’s a few things you need to think about before heading into the office. 

If you’d like to order a Return to Office Care Pack containing a thermometer,
some hand sanitiser and face coverings, please email
UKCBLSHEAdmin@pernod-ricard.com with your full name and postal address and we
will arrange for one to be sent to you as soon as possible.



A new system, Visitor Express, has been implemented to ensure employee capacity
limits are managed effectively in line with strict social distancing throughout
the office. Please log in to the system each day that you plan to attend the
office to book to allow us to manage capacity and contact tracing. If you have
not been contacted by Visitor Express to set up your account please contact
Facilities.Assistant@pernod-ricard.com.



An hour before you leave the house please take your temperature, if you’re 37.8C
do not travel to the office. If you’re experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (a
high temperature, a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of
smell or taste) or if you feel unwell please stay at home and inform your line
manager. It's likely been a while since you’ve last been in the office so please
don’t forget your ID badge – you won’t be able to get in without it.



We encourage you to cycle, walk and drive wherever possible when going to and
from the office. If you need a car parking space or bicycle storage spot, please
book this via Visitor Express. When using public transport, taxis and carpooling
to commute please be reminded to use hand sinister before and after each journey
and wear a face covering.
