RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to the Registrar, with an emphasis on collaboration, quality,
privacy and security of records, the Convocation and Registrar Services
Coordinator oversees and coordinates the preparation and production of
convocation ceremonies. Additional responsibilities include NOSM University
transcript and degree/certificate production and transmission as well as
providing service to learners that is delivered in a way that is sensitive to a
variety of diverse cultures and in a highly technological and confidential
manner.


QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION

The successful candidate will hold a university degree coupled with three years
of related experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Additional qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills,
demonstrated customer service delivery as well as experience with large-scale
event planning. An effective team player, the successful candidate has strong
attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preference will be given to individuals with proficiency in ERP software and the
Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


LANGUAGE

 * Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbally, written and
   comprehension)
 * French/Indigenous language skills would be considered asset
