The Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute (SOSI) comprises ten dedicated,
local and highly-trained physician specialists, bringing world-class orthopaedic
care to Northwest Colorado and the surrounding region. SOSI brings an

IMAGING AND SURGERY CENTER

The Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute comprises a dedicated, local, and
highly trained staff of ten physicians and dozens of medical care and support
staff, bringing world-class medicine to northwest Colorado, southern Wyoming and
the surrounding region. SOSI brings an unparalleled level of fellowship-trained
medical professionals to the region, with the mission to provide the optimal
patient experience in surgery, treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation from head
to toe.


OUR DOCTORS

The Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute comprises a dedicated, local, and
highly-trained staff of ten physicians and dozens of medical care and support
staff, bringing world-class medicine to northwest Colorado, southern Wyoming,
and the surrounding region. Alongside the team of specialists, SOSI also has a
physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist and a physiatrist who
specializes in the evaluation of spinal and musculoskeletal disorders,
non-operative spine care, including epidural injections, and EMG and global
orthopaedic assessments.

SPECIALISTS IN ORTHOPAEDIC & SPINE MEDICINE

Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute offers care with fellowship-trained
physicians in the areas of sports medicine, orthopaedic surgery, shoulder and
elbow surgery, foot and ankle surgery, spine surgery, hand and elbow surgery,
total joint replacement, and shoulder arthroplasty.


FOOT & ANKLE

Our orthopaedic surgeons are specialty-trained to diagnose and treat feet and
ankles, some of the most intricate skeletal systems in the human body, to help
patients achieve flexibility and stability.


HIP & KNEE

The total joint program at SOSI aims to get patients back to their lifestyles.
From minimally invasive procedures to total joint replacements, our surgeons
will get your hips and knees functioning at their highest potential.


SHOULDER & ELBOW

We can help you diagnose and treat upper extremity pain and injuries with our
progressive, revolutionary care using highly specialized modern orthopaedic
practices.


SPINE CARE

The spine program at SOSI delivers comprehensive spine care, with individualized
surgical and non-surgical treatments by top spine specialists.


HAND SURGERY

SOSI’s fellowship-trained surgeons provide expert, specialized hand care,
including injectable treatments and modern surgical procedures.


SPORTS MEDICINE

SOSI’s surgeons have extensive training in sports injuries and have worked as
team surgeons for an impressive list of professional sports teams. We’re here to
deliver exceptional sports medicine care to Steamboat’s active population.

In Loving Memory of


CLINT DEVIN M.D.

9.18.1975 - 12.10.2021

All of us at Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute are devastated by the
loss of our colleague and friend, Dr. Clint Devin, in a plane crash on Friday,
December 10th. With deep sadness, we spread our collective arms around Clint’s
wife Jessica, his two sons, and their extended family.

Our community has lost a brilliant spine surgeon who helped many to move forward
in their journey toward healing. As a father and husband, Clint was dedicated to
his family and was thrilled to move them to Steamboat to be part of our active,
caring community. As a partner, Dr. Devin was a driver in the creation of the
new SOSI practice and the Steamboat Surgical Center. Clint Devin, with his
intellect and genuine smile, will truly be missed.
