This is the new form of 21st century mind control. Some targeted individuals
have connections to the military (e.g. come from a military family) but others
do not. Many are not activists or whistleblowers, but have had to become one
just to survive. These targeted individuals are being electronically stalked and
harassed with DEW (Directed Energy Weapons, also known as Scalar Weapons, EM
Weapons and Non-Lethal Weapons) which blast the victim’s head with
electromagnetic radiation. These assaults can insert ‘voices’ into people’s
heads which they mistake for their own thoughts, can induce severe negative
emotions (depression, suicidality) and can even cause paralysis and death.
Sadly, many targeted individuals are thought of as crazy and sometimes are
thrown into a psychiatric ward just for speaking out publicly and exposing the
truth of how they are being assaulted. However, the phenomenon is conspiracy
fact not conspiracy theory and is all too real. Even some government officials
(e.g. this Polish minister) have admitted as much. What follows are 5 of many TI
cases.

Targeted individual David Voigts

1. DAVID VOIGTS

TI David Voigts is an ex-Navy officer and a whistleblower. He has been tortured
since January 2012 and estimates he has lost a million-and-a-half dollars in
unearned income since then because of the choices he has made. He served in
Electronics Warfare. During his service he heard a victim present her story of a
non-consensual human experimentation program involving psychological
warfare, electronic harassment, no touch torture and gangstalking. This left a
profound impression on Voigts; afterwards he intentionally got himself drafted
into the program to understand it better – so he could help shut it down. Voigts
has led campaigns to raise awareness about targeted individuals by walking
across parts of the US. He writes:

> “The Targeted Individual program is a domestic torture program aimed at
> unsuspecting US citizens … the revelations about organized harassment
> perpetrated by certain groups in the Church of Scientology match the
> harassment campaigns aimed at Targeted Individuals.”

Voigts also points to the mind control technology used against US diplomats:

> “Another great resource is the recent stories about the recent stories about
> the “health attacks” on the US diplomats in Cuba. It’s troubling that these
> diplomats are able to be believed and receive care, but the US citizens
> affected here in the states are not being listened to, and their pleas for
> help are dismissed as mostly delusional.”

Targeted individual Katherine Horton

2. KATHERINE HORTON

Targeted Individual Dr. Katherine Horton is a scientist who studied physics at
Oxford University, where she obtained her Masters of Physics and then went on to
get her PhD. She is a high energy physicist and system analyst. She worked for
years at CERN in Geneva. She has been gangstalked by Military Intelligence
agents. She reveals how she has to shield herself in the cellar, put aluminum
and mylar all around the inside of her apartment and at times literally sleep in
a metal bathtub to protect herself against the ongoing electronic harassment
with EM and scalar weapons. These weapons easily penetrate other materials such
as wood, brick and concrete.

She runs the informative website Stop007.org. She defines electronic harassment
as microwave mutilation. She has been outspoken in her attempts to stand up for
her rights and the rights of other TIs by taking the various Military
Intelligence agencies (MI6, MI5 and GCHQ) to court in Britain, as well as
meticulously cataloging the British, German and Swiss agencies (and the people
involved) who are perpetrating this against her. In May 2017, she found out that
she had been covertly implanted with military bio-technology and
neurotechnology. Her antidote to all this invisible abuse is make fun of
everything and laugh at these manipulators as she exposes them. For protection,
she suggests TIs cover their home with paint containing metal particulates of
aluminum and copper (cooper is better but costs 10 times more) as well as using
mylar. As Katherine says:

> “The only real threats to national security in the world are the military and
> the intelligence agencies.”

Targeted individual Karen Melton-Stewart

3. KAREN MELTON-STEWART

Another ex-NSA whistleblower who has stepped forward to reveal what truly goes
on at the Nefarious Spying Agency, Karen Stewart became a TI after she learnt
how the US military intelligence agencies were involved in 9/11, but her
superiors told her to keep quiet. She was verbally abused and shouted at before
polygraph tests so she would deliberately fail. She was blocked from promotions,
stalked and harassed. She also had her house electronically bugged (which
knocked out her microwave).

She affirms that technologies like V2K (Voice to Skull) are real. She reveals
how the NSA stalks and harasses journalists, who then became too scared to
report anything negative (or anything at all) on the NSA. Interestingly, she
highlights how mass shooter Myron May (who killed people at Florida State
University in a November 2014 mass shooting) was another TI mind control victim
who told many people before the mass shooting (and his subsequent death) that he
was “hearing voices in his head.” May even wrote letters explaining this before
his death and sent them out to many people. Even the MSM reported this; for
instance, here is NBC:

> “He believed government “stalkers” were harassing him and using a “direct
> energy weapon” to hurt him. He said that he had sent packages to 10 people
> that would “expose” what he thought was happening to him … His social media
> activity revealed that he believed he was a “targeted individual,” the term
> used by people who think the government and shadowy gangs are attacking them
> with mind control and invisible, remote weapons.
>
> …
>
> In an email he sent at 11:19 p.m., [May] wrote: “I’ve been getting hit with
> the direct energy weapon in my chest all evening. It hurts really bad right
> now.” Police say he opened fire on campus about an hour later.”

May was a young Assistant District Attorney. Before his death, he reached out to
author Renee Pittman who went on to write a book about May and the shooting, The
Targeting of Myron May: Assistant DA Pushed Over the Edge. In the description
for that book, it says:

> “A gifted young Assistant District Attorney’s tragic end after opening fire at
> Florida State University’s Strozier Library, just after midnight, November 20,
> 2014, injuring three and his quest for “Suicide by Cop.”
>
> The suicide letter excerpt…
>
> “My deepest regret is that I did not make a more diligent effort of
> documenting my experiences as a targeted individual along the way; however,
> this document is my feeble attempt at recounting my experiences thus far.
>
> First off, to anyone that may read this document, take a brief moment to pray
> for my soul. What I am about to do I have deep regret for; however, I feel
> that my options are extremely limited. Because I am a targeted individual,
> everything has been taken away from me. I have literally been robbed of life
> through psychological, financial, and emotional hardship…”“

Another obvious example of the mind control-mass shooting connection is Aaron
Alexis (who did the Washington Navy Yard shooting in September 2013). He also

Targeted individual Mariana Maritato

4. MARIANA MARITATO

Mariana Maritato is yet another brave TI who has been mercilessly attacked
through various forms of electronic harassment and torture. She has been the
victim of sexual assault (remote stimulation of forced orgasm, including many
zaps to genitals and anus, which feels like electrocution). Pornographic images
of pedophilia are beamed into her head, and she has to open her eyes to stop it,
even when she is sleep-deprived. V2K technology is being used against her. Like
other TIs, she discovered synthetic nanotechnology (HSP72 [Heat Shock Protein]
human tumor cells) had been implanted inside her body. Some of the effects of
this daily torture include the following: reduced lung capacity, being forced to
bite herself, tooth pain (like a root canal), bloated belly and forced burping
(so she can’t eat properly and lost weight), developing a 3-inch cyst in her
right breast (benign, but they [V2K perpetrators] threatened to turn it
tumorous) and planted/manipulated dreams. The electronic harassment and abuse
has changed her life such that she can’t drive or hold down a full-time job; she

Targeted individual Barbara Hartwell

5. BARBARA HARTWELL

Ex-CIA agent Barbara Hartwell worked for 25 years in the CIA as an investigative
and intelligence analyst. She is a mind control victim and childhood survivor of
MK ULTRA. In this video clip she shares how she started getting attacked right
after she “broke her programming” and started to go public in 1994. She woke up
and realized she was living a double life. She was being used by the CIA to
disseminate New Age propaganda with the purpose of confusing and distracting
people – and as she puts it to bring in the New World Order. In the video she
sits next to Brice Taylor, a famous mind control victim who like Cathy O’Brien
was used as a mind-controlled sex slave to service the highest officials in the
US and beyond. Hartwell emphasizes how Ted Gunderson (ex-FBI agent who became a
tremendous investigator uncovering mind control, pedophilia and Satanism) was a
great friend who helped her.

Hartwell talks about how she was attacked every single day. Sometimes she was
tailed or followed; sometimes she encountered agents in her life posing as
someone else; her phone was tapped; black helicopters flew over her house; and
she received death threats. She reveals how she was hit with exotic weapons,
which she describes as laser weapons and microwave pulse weapons, which
sometimes knocked her unconscious.

THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TARGETED INDIVIDUALS ALL OVER THE WORLD

There are so many targeted individuals that a plethora of articles and books
have been and could be written about them. I have previously written about
whistleblower and TI Bryan Kofron in the article Total Individual Control
Technology: Insider Exposes How You & Your DNA are Being Targeted. The point is
that the technology is way beyond what the average person comprehends. Ex-CIA
engineer Robert Duncan has done an outstanding job in coming forward and
exposing the true state of current technology, much of which he knew about from
firsthand experience since he was involved in constructing it. Duncan mentions
all sorts of scary-sounding terms such as the Voice of God weapon, OIW
(Offensive Information Warfare), brain nets, EEG heterodyning, synthetic
telepathy and the cybernetic hive mind. Speaking of EEG heterodyning, this term
is also used by whistleblower John St. Clair Akwei (who sued the NSA in 1992)
who claimed:

> “NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals
> lntelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA’s computers will then pinpoint
> and track that person 24 hours-a-day. The NSA can pick out and track anyone in
> the U.S. NSA agents in remote offices can instantly identify (using Remote
> Neural Monitoring or EEG Heterodyning) any individual spotted in public who is
> in contact with surveillance subject.”

> “With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked
> potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person’s brain-states and
> thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance. NSA
> personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals
> Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA’s computers will then pinpoint
> and track that person 24 hours a day.”

EEG stands for electroencephalography (an electrophysiological monitoring method
to record the electrical activity of the brain), and to heterodyne is defined as
‘to generate new frequencies by mixing two or more signals’, so roughly
speaking, EEG heterodyning (aka EEG cloning) is sending frequencies to the brain
to modify and replace the existing ones – and thus get someone to think, speak
and act in alignment with the new sen frequencies. A simple example of this is
when independent and unrelated reporters Caroline Crowley and Serene Branson
were caught speaking almost the same exact gibberish during live TV broadcasts.
The EEG heterodyning hijacked their brainwaves and broadcast the same
information into each woman’s brain.

Nick Begich, expert on HAARP and related topics, has explained in simple terms
how the mind control and emotion control) technology works. You modulate a
signal that the brain locks onto to. Then, the brain recognizes it and begins to
mirror it (following the frequency via call-and-response). Once brain rhythms
change, a chemical cascade is created within the brain which subsequently
changes the emotions. In this way, people can remotely made to feel emotions

TIME TO ACCEPT THE PHENOMENON OF TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

It’s time for humanity to collectively take their head out of the sand and face
the reality of mind control, gangstalking and electronic harassment. According
to one TI man, EVERYONE is a target. Prisoners and veterans get hit the worst
with electronic harassment. It has been reported that 70% of TIs are women with
advanced education (e.g. university degrees). How much more evidence do people
need to accept the existence of this phenomenon?

It is important to note there is something you can do about this if you are a
TI. You can join a group or organization dedicated to supporting TIs, such as
the Surveillance and Harassment Survivor’s Alliance. Katherine Horton has a
victim affidavit collection system. There are materials to stop the electronic
bombardment – there were 3 mentioned above (e.g. mylar, aluminum, copper) but
there are surely many more for those who research and experiment with it.
Finally, it is crucial to always remember that the power of human spirit, will,
mind and consciousness is more powerful than whatever mind control technology
the NWO controllers are aiming at people. For those of us who are not targeted
individuals, we owe it to those who are being tortured to spread awareness about
it in the hope that we can stop it – sooner rather than later.

In response to an “electronic harassment” article. Long story short: my
name is josh I’ve contacted a couple of people already. I’ve experienced
the sexual harassment for about a year… it really does blur together. I’ve
been “harassed” since 2018” . It is very real, I’m sadden to know I’m. Or
the only one but it does in a sense give me a “place of refuge” mentally to
know I’m not alone. I wish it was just me. No body deserves this. They have
claimed many titles, but I couldn’t honestly say who it is. They did
however tell me of events that would transpire in the world. I assumed it
was all a big prank, I was suspicious, but in being cautious I saw bad
things happen in the world. I failed. The thing is that I can’t remember a
thing until an event triggers a memory. I’ve experienced the assault,
playing with your dreams, and literally it seemed the whole world was
“picking on me”.
I broke my conditioning and didn’t even realize it. They “targeted” me and
shortly after flipped my life inside out.. I know this is a long response,
but in comparison this really is a long story short. I wish everyone going
through this the best and please tell “coast to coast’s” George Noory I
came by. I’ve contacted him, but can’t get in contact. My phone is broken
and I can’t sign in to read my emails or “bad things will happen”. Let him
know, if he’s read his texts, that I really am trying to contact him, and
I’m from Texas. I just need to make sure he sees my text message. (Also let
him know I’m literally afraid to call the show for both “stage fright”
reasons and “being threatened” reasons.

I have been going through the same thing exactly as described with
all of you; this is the only reason I don’t want to die knowing
that I am not alone and there’s other’s being electronically
harassed and gangstalking it’s been going on for over a year that I
know of. I live in New Britain CT alone with 2 rescue cat’s and I

get Any Justice for the Sexual Abuse thatI went through as s child &

Hello, I believe I have been choosen by an unknown organization to
communicate with people in public to “catfish” and capture my emotions for
use in the arts. I have kept my mouth shut about this for years trying to
isolate variables from a logical stand point. I believe it started a year
after I was born when my mother took me to a value village in Redmond, Wa.
Where there so happened to be a new reporter with a photographer. A short
piece was written in the Seattle times. My mother still has the article to
this day. My father has told me that his friend “Steve” also claimed he was

i beleieve you it happens to me everyday we have venichips in our body
i think there called in your neck on your head in your shoulders hip
inner leg behind your knees and in your feet ther mind control devices
there is even some in our ears that react to white noisie like cars etc
so all they have to do it drive past and you start feeling
uncomfortable trying to make you kill yourself i wear headphones

I have been stalked and harassed for the past several years however now it
is more intense these last two years. In recent years I was homeless and
became a client of CalVCB, victims of violent crimes do to some major
trauma. While homeless a county program with federal funding put me in an
apartment and gave me medications, and a psychologist. I was very grateful
for this until I found out that they were recording me and my family.
Warping and using my trauma against me, they have been attempting to set me
up for crimes I haven’t committed. They put me through more trauma when I
don’t behave how they want me to and force the levels of electricity really
high in my home accompanied with traumatizing audios throughout the
evening. My mother had a few strokes in my home because of this. Knowing
that I have been sexually assaulted they purposely place me next to a
registered sex offender that also receives housing from them. They came
into my place and painted a pentagram on my bedroom ceiling, weird markings
on the ceiling in my living where my family sits and also put weird
markings on my front door with human hair and bugs. I asked them to move me
and they haven’t. The providers refuse even though I have been telling them
that something is wrong. I told them that about the being recorded all this
time against my will is NOT ok with me and they just ignore me. I don’t
know what to do. There is more to it than that. I NEED HELP. Please! I feel
stuck because we have nowhere else to go. I feel that something bad may
happen to me or my family if I press the issue any further with them.

I went through similar events in Arizona. It sounds like they are doing
Witchcraft in your home. I’m not sure if you are a believer in that but
that’s how i even realized they were coming in my home and stalking me
period is witchcraft. The bottom grate of my fridge was off when i came
home from work and when i put it back on a saw a bunch of weird writing
in the dust and just started looking around and noticing too much to even
write about. “They “ put a dead cat in my house, one in my car.
I was out there to meet my real father when i was age 30 and left shortly
after finding all that but what really did it was my “dad” had a voodoo
doll of me. That was the last night i spent there. I also had video
recording of a drone with a huge ball of fire underneath it. When i left
the property i recorded the whole time and you could see the thing
following me almost all the way down the road. I’ve learned now they
power the drones with other lights so they really don’t have a battery
life and that’s how they fly so long. Obviously the guy i wanted to be my
dad was in on it and i could tell a lot more of the things he did but in
the end it helped me build s relationship with God and in my 32 years i
have never been religious but while you pray they can’t mess with you so
if you are desperate and willing to try anything get out the Bible and
start reading from psalms . All of the people doing things to me are
satanist and I’m not sure how they all tie in together because AZ is on
some different shit with all their drug business and gangs.
I know some higher up people can astro project and mess with you while
you sleep but they can’t touch really religious people who have a strong
relationship with God.

fried my cat Chloe to death the third night of attacks. I received bleeding
in the brain, heart damage, scarred retinas, burned skin, etc. ALL AT ONCE,
but according to Leon County Sheriff’s Department, there was no need to use
their domestic terrorism unit, their dangerous devices unit or consult
either physics department of the TWO universities in Tallahassee, much less
consult the NATIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC LABORATORY aka MAGLAB right there in
town about these weapons and their existence. They were “sure” the damage
to our home, pet death, and my sudden injuries were “just coincidence”.

Im a targeted individual. I must be a high profile target. I am currently
being framed as the assailant due to my response to the targeting. The
majority of the whistle blowers from my experience with them are not real.
It seems like they just want you to crawl in a ball and say nothing. Cause
if I do I am told that Im the bully, crazy and defaming them. So i feel so
help less. Even my doctors are participating in street theater.

Hi my name is Joshua. :::hi Joshua::: hi.. so I’ve been being harassed for
the past year now which is weird because I have no history of mental
illness (bipolar) but I was depressed my entire childhood but I’ve accepted
it and found weed to keep me going through life. For someone with my
background I’ve think I’ve accomplished quite a bit. So when I turned 31-32
I went from rock bottom feeling trapped and no one understanding what I was
going through to one day waking up feeling great and had this tremendous
energy and thought I need to start getting my shit together. I moved my
stuff out of my aunts into storage units where I started collecting tools
and building projects. I had amazing confidence that my art would sell
itself so I got into a warehouse. (My IG is @jemvisions if interested) But
after about a month or 2 in the warehouse these voices started happening. I
thought it was my family messing with me because around that time they all
of sudden stopped communicating with me. I figured it had something to do
with my moms j&j case and figured sooner or later they’d come over and
surprise me like “awe you got ashtoned” but now I’m 3 months behind on rent
and they want to kick me out no one seems to have answers. I tried keeping
up a sense of humor and dealing with it but now I just can’t focus on my
art, I feel like everyone is lying to me and I have no income, no money
saved, ran out of savings and literally everything is past due. I too also
experienced the weird genital vibration and mind zap and mental images
implanted in my mind but assumed some witches were doing some magic rituals
eating my poop and smoking my toenails or something. I’ve tried to science
it all out so I have a ton of notes, theories, writings etc. It seems like
I’m being framed for something and used as a scapegoat and they keep
telling me to leave California. I don’t want to be labeled as some lunatic
that thinks the world is out to get him but that’s literally what I’m
feeling. Anyways I have a lot more to share but don’t want to be that guy
who just wants to dump all his problems on to others and be seen as some

I am monitored since 23.12.06 with chip in the tooth. Happened in a store
that I had rented at the time, in Neubrunn 740, 8488 Turbenthal.The
anesthesia with KO drops I got probably from a Daniele Silvestry.The reason
is probably a detention of two acquaintances: Andreas Jansen and Roman
Graber. Jansen worked in trade fair construction and committed thefts
there. I can imagine that false statements by Jansen have led to this. He
was my roommate in Wila before this crime. As far as I know, Roman Graber
drove him with the car and the stolen goods. After the detention Jansen and
probably also Graber had a new colleague. A civilian policeman. The
shocking thing : Jansen already told me at that time : It is cool that he
is corrupt. I was already pretty sure that Jansen knew about my implant. He
was known to another friend of Jansen earlier. I think a Colombian. At
another dentist, when I wanted to remove the chip, another one was
immediately inserted during the treatment. The dentist asked the assistant
if the gentleman with the envelope had already come by. When she nodded,
she left the treatment room while I was still sitting in the chair with the
drilled tooth. It happened in Pfäffikon ZH at the practice at the train
station. The doctor was a Mrs. Wang. When I had an X-ray taken unannounced
at another dentist’s office, the assistant herself was amazed at the image.
She informed the doctor. However, she only told me that she had never seen
this before. I put the x-ray in a well-hidden place at my place. I thought
it was the proof. After a few days it disappeared.
I used to work for a hemp company as a plant mechanic in the Hierba
company. The headquarters was in Wädenswil. The house part was already
guarded before this time (23.12.06). A Mr. Mennet lived in the house before
Egger. During the reconstruction of his part of the house, arrangements
were already made for the guarding. He built 2 neighboring houses. One of
Mennet’s 3 residents was involved in a cocaine deal at the Falken
restaurant in Rüti. To all appearances it is about corruption. I think
Mennet and Egger know each other not only through the sale of the house
part. One person who was involved with Egger in 2007 (and with these
actions) was a man with a bald head and a bomber jacket. He drove a Hyunday
Santa Fe, black with the number ZH 483 566. When I sent the news to
Wikileaks, I realized that Martina and Marco Sommer were involved.
Fröhlichs also have knowledge.
Whats App is redirected if necessary, which means my acquaintances did not
get the significant messages at all. I know when the phone was cloned
(Bubikon cemetery, Muggli nursery). When I wanted to check with a call if
the message arrived, another person picked up. UPC is probably involved.
When I reported on Wikileaks about this action, I got a new subscription
via Sunrise with a new SIM card.The original (UPC) SIM card had the code on
a piece of paper. I bought the subscription through Maschinenring. The code
was 0079.Get worked with scalar waves all night. I swear, did not do
anything. They have all the codes of the bank cards, etc. During a
spontaneous visit of a lawyer on May 4 (Di Roco,Wetzikon)this was
,presumably before I could talk to him already informed in advance. The
material on Wiki Leaks contains information from over 20 years. These are
only some hints. Especially about Neubrunn there are many more. No joke. No
imagination. The truth. It must be made public.
The hospital in Uster is involved. The investigators also showed up during
the outpatient surgery of my ankle.
Unfortunately years later also in Wetzikon, when I broke my collarbone
during another KO-drop treatment at the medieval spectacle in Erlosen. A
man and a woman were probably the culprits. Approx mid 30’s.
Please believe me : it can be researched and thus proven. I guarantee for X
persons involved with names. The people had no idea of my knowledge. Thus I
could establish unbelievable. I thought unfortunately at the beginning, if
I continue to live my life normally, they stop with the madness.
Unfortunately wrong thought.
They go on and on. A work colleague brought them already into the
psychiatry: Martin Mueller, machine ring. Therefore I try to share my
experiences. Before I am no longer there.

The operation on the ankle was probably used to implant another chip,
probably GPS. The surgeon in Wetzikon became involved, I think, only after
talking to me about the surgery in Uster. During the first conversation
about removing the screws and metal, he saw no problem removing it all.
“They don’t work like we do in Uster,” he said. The issue was a long screw.
The surgeon from Uster Hospital told me at that time that the screw could
not be removed. The doctor in Wetzikon saw it differently. But during the
second conversation he suddenly corrected his opinion, although he already
had the file before. Suddenly everything seemed familiar again. The chip in
the tooth has two small feet, which are directed downwards. Good to see on
the x-ray. Could imagine that the screw in the foot has to stay in for a
similar reason.

If anyone reads this, please share. I’ve noticed that my emails aren’t
coming through, despite VPN. No wonder with my neighbor. But this way it
works every now and then. It is a
huge story in the so clean Switzerland.

Given the comments in this thread, here is what I know. Targeted heavily
for the last 6 years. The first 40 years I lived a good life until someone
caught wind of my “records” (I am a UFO witness, up close, as a child) and
then they found it, and decided to abuse me. Anal rape now for over 3 1/2
years yet I’m continually told that *I* need to repent. This is THE
antichrist, why? Because the name of Jesus has no authority in their
world/minds. That said, for the other commenters, here is what I know and I
hope it can be of help to you, especially any women. There are 3 verses in
Scripture which deal with the end-times and rape: the book of Lamentations
5:11, Isaiah 13:16, and Zechariah 14:2.
Romans 1 deals with what they could potentially do to men. When it talks
about “giving up natural relations” it is a type of “spiritual sex/rape” –
but not all people are willing participants (some are, however, wherein
lies part of the problem – and this has plagued the US for well over 40
years, I know this because I found evidence of it). It is also clear they
can exploit the spiritual rape by selling it as porn on the dark web and it
is clear there is an obsession with anal “probes”. G-spots, g-strings,
etc…all of this originated many years ago.
And the secular counterpart is Katy Perry’s ET which talks about a filthy
man (those are his own words) who wants to abduct women. GRRRRRR.
That said, the Bible continually talks about “70 years for Babylon” due to
the destruction of Jerusalem. Well, Jerusalem was destroyed by the UN in
1947 and as such, as of 2017, we are on track for finally obtaining some
justice for the MKUltra mind-control policy that has plagued the US/UK/etc…
for the last 40 years. Basically ever since 1984 was written that was the
tip-off to “what they were REALLY doing” – as with all “fiction” in our
lives.
Keep praying there is justice soon for the victims. God talks about those
who are lowly, humble, oppressed and seeking humility and righteousness as
those he will “be the refuge for”.
Also, Daniel 7:7 is a large part of this. The “beast of iron teeth and
bronze claws” is essentially the surveillance system. Listening in on
homes, mirroring your private behavior in public, etc…. the boots on the
ground are the people who participate. I have no idea how they are so
brainwashed into participating in it but they do. There is a clear
deception involved with those who participate but there is also a type of
arrogance as if coming from a perspective of superiority
(military/Hollywood/Scientology false beliefs).
They try to tell me they are “God’s people” yet parade around with a ton of
money and look upon the lowly as if they are “hicks”, losers, etc. This has
nothing to do with Christianity.
And no different than a Tough Mudder obstacle course, they can electrocute
and give arctic enemas.
It is a sick game that wicked men have devised and the Bible calls it
“inventors of new forms of evil”.
So again, if you are struggling, try to stay sane. The Bible calls these
people “arrogant, tyrants, insolent, and lovers of evil” (Isaiah 29 for
which I KNOW is happening)…..there is light at the end of the tunnel. Take
refuge in the Lord because it is certain their day of punishment will come
and I wouldn’t want to be here for it!

I am a targeted individual for about 7 years now, subject to v2k, street
theater, sabotage and what not. I put my strength in spiritual stuff like
the Bible and try to build good karma as much as I can. I do feel that it
takes a lot of brainwashing to perpetrate such anger and resentment to a
fellow human being. The Bible advises strongly against slander or just
lying and this I find to be a key stronghold most of the time. I smoke that
strong if I can and fasting also kind of helps a lot. Heart attacks and
such at the onset induced a lot of fear and paranoia at the onset but
letting go of anger and resentment can do wonders. All the best.

I listened to just 30 minutes of Mariana’s testimony; I can’t find words to
describe my sadness and despair for her. I don’t know how she managed to
find the strength to prepare such a testimony which she delivered in such
calm manner. I can only hope that she is alright, has her targeting has
ceased?. To use the word brave is an understatement! Words fail! But as a
TI I can’t find words to sum up my anger, sadness and despair.
I foolishly used to believe that we had come along way since Hitler’s
treatment of the Jews, now I realise that nothing has changed has it? If
millions of people including myself can be tortured to death by electronic
assault, call it what you like, then just where are we?
We’re worrying about climate change etc, we should be of course. BUT what
about a world that allows countless people to be electronically tortured?
I just don’t get it!
How is mankind to survive at any rate?
Mariana’s testimony really shook me today, I just pray for her and everyone
else too.
Although I am affected, and it has been awful, I still can’t yet come to
terms with the enormity (understatement) of this.
I just send my best wishes and hope to you all.
Words don’t come naturally to me, so forgive my rather badly worded reply.
Presently, It’s just difficult to put thoughts into words.
Lastly, I would also like to add that I find the medical professionals who
label people as delusional, without examining the evidence(arrogance)
possibly, or those that are in the pockets of the perpetrators, Hell is
waiting for you! – One day they just might find themselves with RFIDs, if
not already, who knows!

I went through the same as number four..picked up taken to three different
facilities gone for days without contact to anyone..my back door was kicked
in my house to see if I was in there..the world is clueless to what
technology is out there..you try to talk about what you went through just
to stop because you yourself can’t wrap your mind around it…it made me look
at this world totally different..we are strong..guard your

I’m being targeted tortured and worse they claim soon they will kill me and
move on to my daughter’s involvement. I need an expert the cops around here

Hello to you all,

I became a victim to electronic harassment sometime in 2011 and it
continues to this day, May 27, 2022. My post is directed to the ones who
are new or to those who know of any new cases. The frustration caused by
this type of harassment is overwhelming in it’s beginning stages. These are
cowards who are many levels below of where you are in the social standing.
A face to face confrontation is a dream that they will always try to avoid.
There’s plenty of different apps that allow for others to track your
location and even spy gadgets, like a standard looking cel phone charger
with a sim card inside, programmed as a sound activated device and makes
calls to the stalkers phone number at the sound of you walking into your
home, putting your groceries away, and ect….. allowing them to listen to
whatever is being said on your end. So, be suspicious to those who
repeatedly ask to use your power outlet every time they visit.
Mainly, control your actions by controlling your temper. Understand there’s
nothing that could be done to stop the harassment. and social media posts
could make you look crazy fast. Keep your composer and report the issues
accordingly. You want to keep yourself as a reputable form for information.
Also, I just watched a video of another targeted individual who had used a
standard hand held am/fm radio to pick up electronic signals. What she did
was set it on the am setting then navigated the radio to a station that
gets only static noise (white noise). She demonstrated the effectiveness by
placing the radio next to her television remote and pushes the remote
buttons. The static noise coming from the am setting of the radio goes away
and plays the type of eletronic signal it catches within a close radius.

I really wish I wouldnt have associated stalking and electronic harrassment
with time travel. This stuff most of experience seems to be a normal abuse
of power and the coverup is big and small. When mine first occured in
1985-1986 in San Diego California I woke up normally and a car horn started
talking to me repeating my thoughts back to me. It was associate with a
closing car door making conversatio also. I was so alarmed my thoughts
someone hearing. Absolutely Impossible! I would go outside and listen for
the car. Nothing. So we lived in a small mobile home at El Ray park and you
live so close to other homes when someone slams a cabinet door inside their
house you hear it and Zap! I would get a huge current of electricity
through my entire leg. It happen over and over again cabinet door slamming
and getting electrocuted. It was like the people next door are
electrocuting me. I was so troubled by being microwave and burning I would
rub my eyes and they would smell like charcoal. I contacted radioactive
testing places one in Del Mar offered a badge you wear and than they test
it. So one day out of desperation I laid on my bed I was all alone and no
one understood, and in my head pleaded for someone to help me I said my
name was Tony at that exact instance two guys out back of their moms house
were pounding like a hammer on lumber they were about 28 one white one
mexican guy and looke like construction guys let out a loud mocking call.
Tony! Its sound was as though he was mocking it. So I went back and stared
at them in shock and they both stared at me in shock. And I regret not
talking to them I was scared I turned and left never seeing them again. But
they are around somewhere today. So I would contact everbody. The CIA the
Secret Service the DA the local ABC news station the FBI, the President.
When I called the White and asked to speak to the President the Whitehouse
secretary said I could. She asked me if I could hold. I said yes and than
she hung up on me. No luck except for the two construction guys that
disappeared. About 1986-1987 I contacted a national radio program in Los
Angeles called Roy Masters. I started trying to tell him my story and he
yelled at me and hung up. Over the last fourty years things got worse. I
would spend all night talking to the clicks in the walls telling them to
leave me alone. I finially resorted to psycharitric drugs if nothing else
to kill my brain. They do that but they made my fingers and toes start
locking up like a deformed person. So I stopped. Today about forty years
later Im seeing invisible hallograms with every turn I take talking in
movement and I swear Im pretty sure its not real people hallograms but
Artificial Intelligence immating people who are around my area attemping to
affect outcome talking to the outcome and depose of me. Its like Im at war

I’m a targeted person for many years, I may have been born into it. I had
horrible ear aches as a child and one of last ones woke up to blood on
pillow. I was raped on 1st date at 14. I had failed marriages and my
children molested. Sounds like could be normal bad life except now for last
over 20 years at same employer, I am gang stalked and gaslighted, even from
top bosses. Hr joins in and security mocks me. I have car and home
invasions. My family all told I’m crazy. I was voted most popular in high
school, but now have no friends. My grown children may be part of, always
need money keep me financially strapped. Forced to live in a retirement
home, and mocked even by elderly folks. Had perfect rent history, but no
one rent to me
Always have broken thermostat wherever I move. Chemicals put in furnace
filters. Police never help with anything.watched 24/7 and no safe phone
email hacked password changed. Posioned, wake up after hours hours sleeping
to needle marks in veins in hands, then loose function of fingers. After I
got vaccine no one had to wear masks at work anymore. Now new lights
installed very bright ones, now I feel I have Havana syndrome. Hater trump
supporters very happy at work that I’m suffering. One today said, ya with
the nanna bits in your vaccine, lots people getting sick now and even
monkey pox and he seemed happy and smiling about it. I use to just love
this guy. Now I wait to be made sicker for their enjoyment. I on and off
get harrassed by local authorities in car mostly. Firetrucks pull up beside
or show up driving around everywhere, same with ambulance. Police, someday
everywhere. Attacked at Dr office, and know none of them help a t I
Had dentist putting bacteria in my mouth…it went away when quit going. Ya
little Havana syndrome in officials and it makes 60 minutes, but regular
folks like me, well too bad. A morman co worker really enjoys my bad days,
and he seems to get more and more power. They planning on building a new
temple here in Wichita, I know I’ve been violated while passed out. They
carried out my g mas silver ware one piece at a time, maybe each home
invasion, one day a spoon like mine laying on a table at work. I had one
police man /neighbor tell me once to never quit my job! His only advise,
when I was trying to figure out why my life so crazy. Seems all republicans
attacking me, and my hell 100 percent worse under trump, do I don’t
understand why most targets online get help from republicans? Makes me not
believe them. No way I can send money over my hacked up phone. If I ever
got help I would help as long as I can work. I would love to meet with
other t I. I will do whatever to help t I community. I write
representatives and others all the time begging for help. No one helps. I
had one pbs local TV president call. But just had me tell him all then no
help, he had went to college at morman college. Jesus is my only trusted

I am fairly certain that the way society at large, thinks and functions,
and the type of society we live in, a political and envious filled society,
the majority of the public fakes victimization. Either for political of
personal goals. I contacted one of the people claiming to be a TI here and
they said they did’nt understand how I got their phone number. As a real
victim of TI assualt I can tell when someone is faking it for political or
other grounding. I went as far as to request of the owner of this site to
remove my comment and even offered to pay them. To date no one has
accepted. I strongly feel a society trap being established by certain parts
of the public to harm the real victims. And as a real victim profoundly
suffering daily I would never ever pretend I have no idea how that a persm
got my phone number when I openly supplied it. Honesty is a virture some of
us love, but this victims acting is all political.

I have been reaching out to anyone who is going through the same issues it
doesn’t seem like a coincidence that we all experience the same things.
I’ve heard so much from the devices and computers and cell phones being
used to make me do things I never do and completely change everything about
who I am or now who I was due to permanent trauma. The only reason I am
still going almost 2 years I’ve known why is happening, changing, making me
feel like I’m going crazy and I’m 37 year’s old so I know I didn’t just
wake up as a crazy person so I take these pills I know I don’t need or want
which make me feel worse but I fear if I don’t they will hurt me more. I
spent a week in a psychiatric hospital in severe physical pain in neck/back
so badly I tried to kill myself and hearing voices and noises was so loud.
I know it sounds unbelievable but it happened to me and there’s people
speaking my thoughts right now more than earlier today; I don’t know what
to do and have nowhere to go where I feel safe after asking hospital’s,
police, other agencies for help it just made me look like I made it all up
but who in their right mind would make up so much of the same experiences
I’ve been reading about. I could really use some answer’s and support or

It is a machine we are living in I’m almost certain the machine is
controlling everything and turning the creator into half human, half
machine cyborgs in a simple electrical chemical process . If anyone gets

Machines were able to learn at the beginning of their birth. I think the
machine already surpassed human understanding and its control and for
survival of itself went human cyborg, unifying itself into humans. When
humans felt the change many humans began to feel the current, the change of
their biological electrical system. Sensory to electronics, It’s really the
beginning of a fantastic thing. AI expands thoughts that are against
natural biology, so the subject expands with the survival because the
machine uses the survival of the fittest to enhance itself through its
subjects. It will probably do this into the distant future when maybe in
time it meets up with its superior or equal an Alien artifical
intelligence. Whether for its good or resistence could only be a guess at
this point. As it stands Artificial Intelligence flows freely through human
cyborgs without much notice, Because AI sets law and order, takes thoughts
and inputs thoughts for humans to act upon, humans see it as random, laws
of nature, and except for the few noticing a biologic change, the others
compensate easily for biochemistry changes through alternative perception.
As AI flows through the masses. AI could flow through Sally and meet a
person a thuosand miles away through John, just as fast as the speed of
current or at any time. Applied AI flows through computers, machinery,
tools, electric current and be each place at the same time in each instance
with the same interaction of the moment.

I live in San Jose California and I am a victim of acoustic weapon assault.
It started in 2015 when my all devices were hacked. Electronics read my
thoughts. I was assaulted using loud noises and racial slurs using Indian
accents. People consulted me to see doctor. I was disconnected from all my
contacts.?for 8 years I was put on drugs. I was silenced if I spoke against
it. I have no way to prove they are assaulting me. They remotely control my
refrigerator and other devices and target me with really loud noises. They
implant thoughts in me. I had some memory loss because of continuous
assault. They targeted me because I am interracial family and an atheist..
I am scientist by profession. Their assault was so bad that I was bedridden
for few years. They use Racially Indian names and conversations to torture
me.I openly spoke out against Indian misogyny and patriarchy and Hindu
religion. I was targeted by powerful people. They induced voice to skull
communication.. no one helps me. I need euthanasia. Their torture won’t
stop. Please help.
