Riot’s prepaid gift cards are a convenient way to purchase Riot’s in-game
currency without the need for a credit card or bank account. These cards can be
purchased digitally online or at local retailers, and they can be redeemed by
entering the card’s pin code in our in-client store.

PREPAID GIFT CARDS FOR LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, TEAMFIGHT TACTICS, AND LEGENDS OF
RUNETERRA

Riot Games offers prepaid gift cards in 4 denominations for PC: $10, $25, $50,
$100.

Currently, prepaid gift cards for LoL, TFT, and LoR can be purchased in the
United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Physical gift cards can be
found at nearly all major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy,
GameStop, Electronics Boutique, Couche-Tard, and more. You can also buy digital
gift cards in the United States and Canada from Amazon.

Remember that the cards are PC-Only and are region locked, meaning if you
purchase a card in Australia or New Zealand, that card will only be redeemable
on the OCE server. Similarly, if you purchase a card in the United States or
Canada, the card will only be redeemable in the NA server.

Please note that purchasing prepaid gift cards from a third party merchant, such
as online auctions and non-Riot authorized retailers, is highly advised against,
and we will not be able to assist you should the cards not work.

Upon purchasing your cards, remember to keep the card and the store receipt
until you are able to verify that you have successfully redeemed the card. If
any error occurs with the redemption process, your card and store receipt are
vital in further investigating the issue.

PREPAID GIFT CARDS IN VALORANT

Riot Games offers prepaid VALORANT gift cards in various denominations.

Currently, prepaid gift cards for VALORANT can only be purchased in the United
States, and can only be redeemed in the United States, Canada, and parts of
Latin America.

VALORANT prepaid cards can be redeemed only in VALORANT. Cross-game redemption
is not supported.

Upon purchasing your cards, please keep your digital copy and receipt at least
until you are able to verify that you have successfully redeemed the card. If
any error occurs with the redemption process, your card and store receipt are
vital in further investigating the issue.

REDEEMING YOUR CARD IN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS AND TEAMFIGHT TACTICS

If it is a physical gift card, lightly scratch the back of your card to reveal
the code. Do not scratch too hard, as the numbers may become unreadable. Please
ensure that the card has not been scratched before purchasing the card from the
store. If redeeming a digital card, simply find the numbers and follow the steps
below.

* Go to the store and click Purchase RP.
* Select the Prepaid Cards payment method.
* Enter the pin code from the back of your card. Do NOT include any spaces when
you type the code, as our system will identify it as invalid.
* Press the blue Submit button to complete the transaction. Enjoy!

REDEEMING YOUR CARD IN LEGENDS OF RUNETERRA

* Go to the store and click on the + icon
* Select the Prepaid Cards payment method.
* Enter the pin code from the back of your card. Do NOT include any spaces when
you type the code, as our system will identify it as invalid.
* Press the blue Submit button to complete the transaction. Enjoy!

REDEEMING YOUR CARD IN VALORANT

Currently, VALORANT prepaid gift cards are only available digitally through
Amazon. When you purchase your card, you will receive a unique set of numbers
that will serve as your new gift card. With those numbers, simply follow the
steps below:

* Log into the VALORANT game client
* Click on the VALORANT icon located to the right of the Store tab
* Select Prepaid Cards & Codes
* Input the code provided for your card
* Press Submit
* Enjoy your VALORANT Points!

COMMON ERRORS

THIS CODE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE VALID

The code that you have entered is invalid and does not exist within our systems.
Please double check the scratch off code on the back of your card to ensure that
you have typed in the number correctly. Do not include any spaces when you type
in your code. For example, rather than typing in 123 456 789, your code should
look like 123456789.

THIS CODE APPEARS TO NOT BE PROPERLY ACTIVATED

THIS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED

If you receive this error message, it indicates that this code was not
appropriately activated during the point of sale, causing you to be unable to
redeem the RP or VP successfully through our store. Unfortunately, because this
activation process is the sole responsibility of the merchant, you will have to
return to the store to ensure that if you have shared the pin code with anyone
else, you were gifted this card, or you purchased the card through a third party
vendor, the code may have already been previously redeemed. Please make sure you
are redeeming the correct card if you have multiple cards in your possession.

YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CODE REDEMPTION ATTEMPTS

You have attempted to redeem too many cards! Please wait 24 hours before
attempting to redeem more cards.

THIS CODE IS NOT VALID IN YOUR REGION

Our codes are region specific, so you are only able to redeem a code on the
server that it was issued for. If you believe that you are receiving this
message in error, please /submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.
