Apply Now WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR For all of our roles, we’re looking for people who have brilliant organisational skills and a detail-orientated, self-motivated approach to work. For mail sorters specifically, you’ll also need to be able to push trolleys up to 250kg, lift/move mail bags up to 11kg, and be comfortable on your feet for long periods throughout the day. For our other, customer facing roles, you’ll be acting as a representative of Royal Mail. So we’re looking for upbeat, patient, friendly, and trustworthy individuals who can build a natural rapport and connection with customers and deliver a first-class service with every interaction. Our Seasonal Mail Sorter application is quick and easy. Once you’ve completed our online form, you’ll be asked to upload some documents and a passport-style photograph. If all is in order you’ll receive a job offer which you can accept online before getting exclusive access to our online Welcome Hub. We’re always looking for new, talented individuals to join our team on a more permanent basis, so we always encourage our seasonal workers to apply for any roles that may become available if they wish to continue with us. To us, flexibility is key so you may be asked to work different times and days within your chosen shift pattern, but this will be confirmed on a site-by-site basis.
