MAGICAL WINTER IN THE MOUNTAINS
Everything in this hotel is perfect and gives you a feeling of magic and
fairy tales in the snowy mountains. The hotel's specialty is the heated
outdoor pool. Swimming in a pool surrounded by snow feels fantastic.

REVIEW
the stay was nice and comfortable. once comment is that it was too warm and
we were unable to adjust the cooling system to our need. the toilet in the
room could be adjusted so it accommodate all type of cultures. Also the
breakfast buffet could be more diverse.
we would also suggest that winter activities to be arranged by the hotels.
other wise the service was excellent with very friendly staff who
accommodated all of our needs. the anterior designing was magnificent.
i would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
My family and I had a great stay at the Pik Palace. The location in the
Greater Caucasus is very impressive. For beginner and intermediate level
skiers, the mountain is a great find as it is never crowded. The food and
beverage quality and service in the hotel also exceeded our expectations.
Happy to recommend this destination.

BAD EXPERIENCE
My recent stay at Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph Collection was a mix of
positives and negatives. While the rooms were spacious and elegantly
furnished, my experience was marred by several shortcomings in the
service.Regrettably, the reception staff seemed inadequately trained.
Despite my explicit request to settle my bill in cash, they charged my
credit card without permission and encountered difficulties reversing the
transaction. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was
disappointing.Moreover, language barriers at the restaurants made it
challenging to communicate my dietary preferences effectively, as none of
the staff were proficient in English.Although the accommodations were
pleasant, the overall service quality at Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph
Collection fell below expectations due to untrained staff and communication
obstacles.As a Gold member of the Bonvoy group, I anticipated a higher
level of recognition and service, which was notably absent during my stay.
In contrast to previous experiences at other Bonvoy properties where I felt
valued and received special treatment, my stay at Pik Palace left me
feeling overlooked and disappointed.

hear that you faced lack of service during your stay
Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority
and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. Your
satisfaction is important to us and we will definitely share your
important feedback with leadership team to ensure the necessary
guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent them from occurring in
the future.
Furthermore I would like personally apologize for not placing your
request properly at check in regarding settling bill. Once more I
talked to the staff and to be more attentive overall they informed me
that was mistakenly happened as human factor. And we took your feedback
serious and really helpful to find out weak parts to improve
On the other hand regarding Language barrier in restaurants we work
