F1 BLAST LANE WAIVER OF LIABILITY - ADULTS
The F1 Blast Lane Challenge (“Activity”) involves a number of physical risks,
including but not limited to a blast of air directly into your face. . No person
under the age of 12 years old may participate in the Activity and you must be at
least 12 years old to sign this document.
Please read this document carefully as it contains important information that
limits your rights in relation to participating in the Activity. Nothing in this
document is intended to limit or exclude liability arising from: (i) death or
personal injury caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees (as defined
below); or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, criminal acts or breach
of statutory duties by any of the Releasees.
In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the Activity at the
FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2023 (“Event”) held at the Miami International
Autodrome (“Venue”), I confirm that:
1. I agree on behalf of myself, my next of kin, my executors and any person
who could represent me to: (a) release and discharge the Releasees from any
and all liability for, or claims relating to, my death, personal injury,
psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) however
arising in relation to my participation in the Activity; (b) waive all
rights and claims I may have against the Releasees; and (c) undertake the
Activity at my own risk . “Releasees” means (i) Formula One Hospitality and
Event Services Limited and its affiliated companies (“F1”); (ii) Wasserman
Experience Limited and its affiliated companies; (iii) Qatar Airways and
its affiliated companies and in each case their respective directors,
members, officers, employees, agents, representatives and contractors
(including the Organiser (as defined below));
2. I am: (i) aged 18 years or over; (ii) solely responsible for my
participation in the Activity; and (iii) participating voluntarily;
3. I understand that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with
participating in the Activity, including the risk that I may suffer harm,
damage or loss as a result of: (i) a number of physical risks, including
but not limited to a blast of air directly into my face, and (ii) my
judgement or behaviour during the Activity. I have been made aware of these
risks and what participation in the Activity involves. I accept and assume
these risks and dangers;
4. I will comply with all instructions provided by the Organiser and all
health and safety requirements when participating in the Activity
(including but not limited to wearing safety goggles at all time);
5. I am, to the best of my knowledge, capable of completing the Activity. I am
not aware of any medical condition, disability or physical or psychological
circumstance, including but not limited to asthma or the wearing of dental
fixtures (such as false teeth, temporary crown, retainers, or bracings) or
facial/oral piercings that might adversely affect me during the Activity,
make it unsafe for me to participate in the Activity or increase any risk
to me or anyone else at the Venue. I will stop participating in the
Activity immediately if I notice any health risks during my participation;
6. I acknowledge and accept that the Activity is provided by Wasserman
Experience Limited of 71-91 Aldwych, London WC2B 4HN (“ Organiser”) and
that F1 does not warrant or undertake that the Activity will be provided
with due care and skill or that any materials provided in connection with
the Activity will be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose for
which they are supplied;
7. I consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the Activity and to
any such images or footage (“Material”) being used, edited or published
without limit in time on a royalty-free basis in any and all media. I
assign to F1 any rights (including image rights) that I may have in the
Material and waive all my privacy, moral and personality rights in relation
to the Material;
8. The laws of [INSERT] apply to this document. The courts of [INSERT] have
sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action brought in connection
with this document or its subject matter;
9. This document is intended to be construed broadly and if any part of it is
held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect;
10. The contents of this document have been fully explained to me;
11. My electronic signature shall be as effective as my handwritten signature.

Participation in the F1 Blast Lane Challenge (“Activity”) involves a number of

face. No person under the age of 12 years old may participate in the Activity,
the child must be at least 12 years old and this document must be signed by the
child’s parent or legal guardian.
Please read this document carefully as it contains important information that
limits your and your child’s rights in relation to participating in the
Activity. Nothing in this document is intended to limit or exclude liability
arising from: (i) death or personal injury caused by the negligence of any of
the Releasees (as defined below); or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
criminal acts or breach of statutory duties by any of the Releasees.

one parent or legal guardian of the child, I have the permission of the other
parent to sign this waiver or the exclusive legal guardianship of the child.
