UPDATED INFORMATION 11TH MARCH 2024

Both face to face consultations and telephone consultations are available. If
you have any cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever, loss
of smell or altered sense of taste, we will ask you to wear a face mask.  A RAT
test should be completed on the day, before seeing the Doctor.  If the result is
positive, please phone reception.

Prescription request and booking appointments available online.  Online bookings
are available for enrolled and fully funded patients.

Please advise us when booking if you think your Doctor’s consultation will take
longer than the allocated 15 minutes.  Please be advised if you run over your
booked time, you may be charged extra.

2 hours cancellation notice is required if you are unable to attend your
appointment which enables us to offer it to someone else.  Failure to give
adequate notice will be charge a fee of $20.



 


NEW RECEPTION EMAIL ADDRESS FROM 11TH MARCH 2024

The contact email address has been updated from 11th March 2024 from 
reception@grahamsrd.pegasus.net.nz to a new email address:
reception@grahamsroadsurgery.co.nz

Emails sent to the old email address will be forwarded onto our new email
address. We are currently experiencing delays in responding to emails as we
change over to the new email address.

 


2024 FLU VACCINATIONS

2024 Flu vaccinations will be available from early April.  We will send out
texts to invite patients to book. Please ensure your contact details are up to
date with reception.

 


PRACTICE PLUS – VIRTUAL DOCTOR CONSULTATIONS

We have teamed up with an external provider Practice Plus, offering after hours
virtual GP consultations via video and telephone.  Please click on the link for

COVID-19 & COVID-19 VACCINATIONS

Covid-19 Positive Results:  Please register your result by calling 0800 222 478
and press option 3, or online at https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/

The Practice is no longer giving Covid-19 vaccinations.  For Covid-19 Vaccine
bookings – Call the Covid Vaccination Healthline 0800 28 29 26 (8 am to 8 pm, 7

TEST RESULTS

You will only be informed of abnormal test results, this will be by telephone or
text, please ensure your contact details are up to date.  You are welcome to
request a call from our Practice Nurse for results, please phone reception to to
organise a call back.  Charges may apply if you need to discuss your results
with a Doctor.  Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of the test
taken to have results sent back to us.

24 HOUR SURGERY UPDATED HOURS AS OF 28TH JANUARY 2024

The 24 Hour Surgery will be returning to the 24 hour opening hours, 7 days a
week from Sunday 28th January 2024. For the most up-to-date information before

CREDIT TERMS

Payment is requested at the time of consultation.  All Accounts are to be paid
within one month of the issue of invoice.  If payment in full would cause
hardship, please consult our staff who will help negotiate an acceptable payment
plan.  Overdue accounts referred to a Collection Agency will incur additional
costs which are your responsibility.




IMMIGRATION CHECKS

Please note we don’t do any Immigration Medical Checks. For panel approved

ENROLMENTS

We are taking limited enrolments for residents of Avonhead, Burnside, Bryndwr,
Fendalton & Ilam.  Please only telephone reception 03 358 3526 to enquire.



Please complete the Prescriptions form on the Prescription page or phone 358
3526.  Please allow up 48 hours for this to be processed.
