SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery and orthopedics. Implant for
replacement of bone defects is made of carbon-carbon composite material.
Material contains a porous matrix of crystalline carbon fibers with an
interlayer distance of 3.58…3.62 angstrom, with a total amount of fiber 20…80 %.
Further, the filler material consists of crystalline carbon with an interlayer
distance of 3.42…3.44 angstroms in the amount of 50…70 % and amorphous carbon in
the form of coke in an amount of 10…20 % of the total pore volume of the matrix.
At the same time, carbon nanotubes are introduced into amorphous carbon in the

softening and hygroscopicity of choline alfoscerate is prevented.

incubation is carried out at a temperature of 4–6 °C for 30 minutes, then add 50
mcl of sensitized erythrocytes of ram and veronal buffer. Then the cells are
re-incubated, the supernatant is taken out and its optical density is determined
at 450 nm, and complement fixation (C%) with sensitized erythrocytes in the
presence of the studied preparations is calculated by the formula:
C%=(Eo-Ec)/Eo-100, where: Eo – optical density in the presence of the
preparation, Ec – the optical density of the control, which is used as a veronal
buffer. Value of C is judged on the effect of the drug on the C1q subcomponent
of the first component of the classical complement pathway in terms of the
degree of hemolysis of the sensitized erythrocytes of the sheep.

EFFECT: use of this method makes it possible to make a comparative quantitative
assessment of the degree of influence of the tested drugs on the classical
pathway of complement activation.

sweet cherry compote. Method is characterized in that the fruits laid in the can
are heated by cyclic injection of saturated water vapor at a temperature of
105–110 °C for 110 s. Duration of the steam supply and holding cycles is 10 s
and 10 s, respectively. During the whole process of steam supply, the outer
surface of the cans is blown by a stream of air at a speed of 5–6 m/s, heated to
a temperature of 110–120 °C. After that, a syrup with a temperature of 95–97 °C
is poured into the cans, they are preliminary rolled by covers and heated in a
stream of air at a temperature of 150 °C and a speed of 6.5–7 m/s for 5 minutes.
Then the covers are rolled up and the heating is continued in hot water with a
temperature of 100 °C for 12 min with further stepwise cooling in water with
temperatures of 80, 60 and 40 °C, respectively, for 6, 6 and 6 minutes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the duration of sterilization, to
reduce the unevenness of heat treatment, and also to prevent the thermal battle
of the cans and to improve the quality of the finished product.

METHOD OF PRODUCING CHERRY COMPOTE // 2669337

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: way of production of sweet cherry compote includes the preparation
and packaging of fruits in cans with their subsequent processing in a microwave
field with a frequency of 2,400+50 MHz for 1.5 minutes. Then the fruits are
poured into syrup with a temperature of 98 °C, re-treated with a microwave field
for 2.0 min, the contents of the cans are heated to 90 °C and sealed. Cans are
then sterilized in water at 95 °C for 30 minutes, without creating back pressure
in the apparatus, while the cans are in the upside down position. After that
they are cooled for 18 minutes in water, reducing its temperature from 95 to
40 °C.

EFFECT: method reduces duration of heat treatment, thereby improving the quality
of the finished product.

METHOD OF PRODUCING CHERRY COMPOTE // 2669336

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing sweet cherry compote is that the fruits after
being packaged in cans are heated for 100 seconds by cycling the superheated
steam at a temperature of 105–110 °C to the cans. Duration of cycles of
supplying steam and holding is 10 s and 10 s respectively. During this whole
process, the outer surface of the can is blown with air heated to 110–120 °C.
Then a syrup with a temperature of 98 °C is poured into cans, sealed, placed in
a carrier, preventing the lid prying off the can during the heat treatment.
Further, heat treated in a bath with a solution of calcium chloride with a
temperature of 110 °C for 18 min, followed by cooling in a stream of atmospheric
air at a temperature of 20 °C and a speed of 6.0–7.0 m/s for 20 minutes. During
the cooling process, the cans rotate from the bottom to the lid at a frequency
of 0.13 s-1.

EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the duration of the process,
preservation of biologically active components of raw materials, reduction of
the number of overdone fruits and fruits with cracked peel.

METHOD OF PRESERVING PLUMS COMPOTE // 2669335

SUBSTANCE: method of preserving the compote from the plum is that the fruits
laid in the jar are heated by cycling the saturated steam with a temperature of
105–110 °C for 80 s. Duration of the steam supply and holding cycles is 10 and
10 s, respectively. In this case, the outer surface of the cans is blown by a
stream of air at a speed of 5–6 m/s, heated to temperature of 110–120 °C. After
that, a syrup with a temperature of 95–97 °C is poured into the cans, subjected
to their preliminary rounding-up lids and heating in a stream of air with a
temperature of 150 °C and a speed of 6.5–7 m/s for 3 minutes. Then finish
rounding-up lids and continue heating in hot water with a temperature of 100 °C
for 6 min with further stepwise cooling in water with temperatures of 80, 60 and
40 °C, respectively, for 4, 4 and 4 minutes. In the processes of hot water
heating and cooling, the banks rotate from the bottom to the cover at a
frequency of 0.12 s-1.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the duration of sterilization, to
reduce the unevenness of heat treatment, and also to prevent the thermal battle
of the cans and to improve the quality of the finished product.

sufficient to destroy the ice cover of a given thickness. Point of the rope
securing to the submarine should be aligned with the submarine displacement
center. Under the ice cover on the anchor line at a distance from each other
equal to half the wavelength of the static deflection of the ice, cathode and
anode are installed, which are supplied with voltage from a source of direct
electric current.

proposed that contains a streamlined, sealed float of elongated shape, an

aft part of the float and the end of this cable is attached to a vertical
pendulum, and a cable is wound on the other drum, thrown through a block
installed on the bow of the float, the direction of winding the cables onto the
drums is the opposite, at the end of the cable, thrown through the unit mounted
on the bow of the float, with the help of the sling is attached at least one
horizontally located plate with a counterweight, and on the float in the bow and

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geological and hydrodynamic
modeling of the development of oil fields. It can be used for the automated
selection of the optimal area of application of the cyclic waterflooding
technology, and also for the automated selection of the optimum period of the
water injection cycle. Said method includes calculating the relative increase in
oil production by applying a cyclic waterflood using such parameters, as
permeability, well position, borehole pressure, viscosity of reservoir fluids,
compressibility of fluids and rocks. It involves calculating the current density
of oil reserves using the initial stock density, the accumulated volume of
produced oil. It is followed by calculating the complex criterion for the
efficiency of cyclic waterflooding. To increase the accuracy of determining the
prospective areas for cyclic flooding, in calculating the relative increase in
oil production, porosity and the distance between the wells are additionally
factored in. Using analytical dependencies a complex criterion for the
efficiency of cyclic waterflooding is calculated. Current oil reserves are
calculated on the basis of Voronoi cells. For this, a Voronoi grid is
constructed on the basis of the coordinates of the active wells. Then, the area
of each cell is calculated. Accumulated volume of produced oil from each cell is
calculated based on the wells coordinates, which have ever been present in the
cell – active and inactive. After that, the current density of oil reserves is
calculated using analytical expression. Calculation of the relative increase in
oil is carried out for each pair of injection and production wells and for each
pair of adjacent layers of interlayers of the accepted geological and
hydrodynamic model based on the coordinates of the active wells. Further, the
porosity and distance between the wells are taken into account when determining
the accumulated oil production for stationary and cyclic waterflooding for each
pair of adjacent interlayer layers. And the relative increase in oil production
is calculated using a cyclic waterflood according to analytical expression.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of cyclic
waterflooding.

wells. In the method, the downhole motor comprises a tubular body disposed
within it by a helical gerotor mechanism including a coaxially arranged
elastomeric plate in the body and a rotor mounted inside the body, the rotation
of which is provided by pumping supply of the fluid, the body of the spindle
section with the shaft located inside it mounted on an axial support made in the
form of a ball-bearing thrust radial multi-row bearing, as well as on the upper
and lower radial sliding supports consisting of the outer and inner bushes
located in the body of the spindle section and, accordingly, on the spindle
section shaft, the shaft of the spindle section is fastened at the input by the
drive shaft with the motor rotor, and the output is fastened to the chisel, the
motor and spindle sections are fastened together with a threaded sub-adapter,
and the lower radial support of the spindle section is fixed with a nipple, the
body of the spindle section and the nipple are fixed with a common thread.
Further, the body of the spindle section contains a belt of increased stiffness,
characterized by the implementation of the wall of the body of increased
thickness, located upstream of the fluid from the plane of the section of the
body of the spindle section along the valley of the first mating thread of the

ratio of the circumference to its diameter, and the z number of balls in each
row of bearings is rounded to an integer.

EFFECT: reliability and resource of the engine, the accuracy of penetration of
inclined and horizontal wells, the rate of the set of curvature parameters of
the wells, and also the patency, id est, the resistances and stresses in the
assembly of the bottom of the drill string decrease as they pass through the
radius intervals of the borehole barrel under conditions of friction and
rotation in the borehole.

foundations of buildings and structures, in particular to the construction of
girder and post waterproof shallow foundations. Method of monolithic erection of
a shallow foundation includes excavation, installation of a formwork in working
position, placement of concrete into the formwork, foundation formation, removal
of the formwork, filling of open ground. Foundation is erected with an external
waterproofing coating, for the arrangement of which multi-layer prefabricated
waterproofing products installed in the formwork before the placement of
concrete are used. Waterproofing products are installed on the inner walls of
the formwork with the help of threaded studs, skipped through the products and
formwork, the joints are sealed. After forming, the formwork is removed from the
studs and nuts are screwed onto the protruding threaded ends of the studs, the
waterproofing products are fixed on the foundation by means of the nuts.

EFFECT: technical result consists in shortening the terms and improving the
quality of foundation works for the erection of the waterproof foundation by
using the removable formwork with prefabricated waterproofing installed therein.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotational drives disposed in a well, namely to
filters for cleaning drilling fluid from mechanical impurities at the entrance
to a hydraulic downhole motor. Device comprises a tubular body with threads at
the edges, a filter module installed in the tubular body, which includes a
filter tube with slotted channels, a fairing located on the inlet side of the
tube, an inlet and an outlet sleeve. Filter tube is threaded to the outlet
sleeve, the filter module forms a cavity for receiving mechanical impurities
inside the tubular body, an elastomer seal is placed between one of said inlet
or outlet bushings and the tubular body. Filter tube is designed with an axial
displacement of adjacent slot channels relative to each other, in the
circumferential row of slit channels located at the outlet of the filter tube,
each slit channel is located between a pair of adjacent slit channels made with
an axial displacement. Fairing is made with an outer centering belt, the inlet
sleeve is made with outwardly directed ribs, mounted on the outer centering belt
of the fairing. Outlet portion of the tubular body is formed with a central
opening defining a transverse annular projection directed toward the exit of the
tubular body. Output sleeve is provided with a latch mechanism in the form of a
collet shank equipped with stops on the petals of the collet shank, cooperating
with a transverse annular projection directed towards the exit of the tubular
body. Entrance edges of outwardly directed ribs at the points of contact with
the outer surface of the inlet sleeve are located upstream of the fluid as
compared to the input edges of the said fins located at the maximum radial
distance.

EFFECT: resource and reliability are increased due to the reduction of the
hydroabrasive erosion of the slot channels at the outlet of the filter tube, the
structure is simplified.
