WESTIN FOR THE WIN
Enjoyed the stay at the Westin made for a great vacation in New York. Great
location being in the center of Times Square will be staying at Westin
again on my next trip to New York.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
The linitial reception was somewhat unfriendly however, the overall stay
was very gpod and pleasant. We appreciate that they allowed us to check in
early as well. Great location/ clean room/ hard working staff.

The hotel location, being in a very busy area, the noise level at times was
unsettling. The cleaning staff was fairly good, although it was obvious
that the bathroom wasn't thoroughly swept and mopped. My previous stay
there was more comfortable. The 'destination fees' are an irritation.

The hotel just didn't level the service and surrounding I would expect.
Noisy room located across from service elevator. Housekeeping missed a day.
Room didn't seem clean. Accepted offer of a late checkout, but then was
locked out of room.

PERFECT 3 NIGHT STAY
This place is conveniently located in the middle of it all. Nice lobby,
friendly staff, room was very clean and cleaned daily. This was our second
time staying here and have noticed that the hotel has been updated. We will
definitely make this our hotel when travelling to NYC.
