with incredible functionality but also responsive, helpful, and (dare I say!!)
cheerful customer service. They understand how important it is to offer strong
back end support for those of us PTA volunteers for whom technology isn't our

I'd like to just simply say that I love using PTboard for our school's parent
group website. It is a one-stop-shop for all things related to our parent group.
I am able to keep the parents at our school updated and utilize the website to
house all of our volunteer spots, announcements/advertisements, specific details
for group and graphics that make it more enticing to view the pages. We use
STRIPE in partnership with our PTBoard account to provide an easy option for our
parents when purchasing spirit wear or tickets for events, This is a fantastic
and easy option for our school. I have thoroughly enjoyed using the site and
always look forward to the ways that it is evolving.

We were excited to use this online platform this year! It was recommended to us
by a PTA Facebook group. It has been awesome. We love how user friendly it is
and all the capabilities it has. Our favorite has been the weekly newsletters

We began using PTBoard at the beginning of the school year, and we set up tables
at our school's Back to School Night to assist families in creating accounts.
All of us were learning the system together, so there were a few bumps, but I
found the customer service with PTBoard to be efficient and friendly, helping me
quickly solve the few issues some families experienced. As the PTO Vice
President, one of my main responsibilities was to create and send weekly
e-newsletters to our students' families. PTBoard's announcements function was

was able to make the newsletter look engaging and specific to our school. The

This will be our 3rd school year using ptboard. Ptboard was at an annual state
conference I went to; the representative took her time explaining everything to
me and even let me play around on the demo mode on the laptop that was there.
After presenting it to the board we voted to switch. What we like best about it
is that it is really everything in one place; one site does it all
emails/announcement, sales, auction, calendar, etc. After our first year we got
great feedback from parents and teachers that it was very easy to navigate and
use. When I see people asking about websites in different groups I am in, I also
recommended ptboard and when they use my school name as a referral both school
get a year free, best referral program. The best thing that we like about
ptboard other than everything in one place, is that they are also improving, the
silent auction aspect was new and now this year they have rolled out an app. I
look forward to see what comes next.

PTboard is our one-stop shop for our PTO needs! We were using 3 different
websites in the past for volunteer signups, our newsletter, and our actual
website, and we were looking to add a webstore when I came across PTboard. It's
so nice to have one location for all of our needs, and add in other great
features like an online student directory. The tech department is also amazing.
They listen to suggestions for improvement, and they help me out if I'm not sure
how to use certain features. There was no risk to sign up since my first year
was free, and any other referrals I make will add additional free years for our

I love this website. So much easier than designing my own. That's what I was

Our PTO began using PTBoard in September 2016. We are so happy with that
decision! The features are very user-friendly, and having all information in one

This year, 2016-2017, is the first year that we have used PTBoard. We already
had a webpage, however it was not user friendly and took too much time to update
or add any new information. This software is extremely easy to use. PTBoard
customer care team has been very helpful answering my questions and addressing
my concerns. They have also been a great liaison between us and the tech team.
When we have e-mailed them about added features we would like to have on some of
the applications, it has been wonderful to receive those updates in order to
make our PTA work smarter and not harder. We have had 75% of our parents join
the website, which has allowed us to go paperless this year. We love this
software and our PTA website. We plan on using this next year because of the
user friendly aspects. We would recommend PTBard to any and all PTA's.

PTBoard has become our 7th Board Member! Our families and teachers are pulled in
many different directions but PTBoard is a 24/7 one-stop shop that may be
accessed easily on a mobile device or a computer. We easily create online flyers
and email a weekly update that is posted on our PTBoard dashboard. Class parents
or teachers may set up a class volunteer schedule using the group calendar which
only that group of parents has access to. The online class directory has easily
allowed parents to connect with one another to set-up play dates for their
children. Reports are easy to run and save on your computer plus there is no
paper to keep track of. Lastly, the PTBoard staff has been very open to hearing
our suggestions and to make changes as needed! PTBoard will make your PTA a
rockstar!
