Very nice experience with great support from Iceland tours
We spent 5 wonderful days in Iceland in March 2023. Amazing places and overall
great trip/package booked through Iceland Tours.Before and during (due to
weather condition we had to adapt our tour, switching among two days) we had
great support with timely information and all we needed to enjoying a perfect
holiday/trip. Worth to mention Paolo a nice Italian guy who facilitate
everything ;-) I’ll definitely recommend to book such a nice trip with Iceland
tours!

Amazing holiday
We choose the 10 day/9 night Ring Road tour. Everything was planned and worked
out perfectly. All the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and ready for us
when we reached each stop. The car was ready for pick up when we landed and
perfect for the trip. The planned route led us through some amazing scenery,
snowy mountain roads to the north and wide open country roads to the South. We
saw hot springs, waterfalls, geysers and an unbelievable display of the Northern
Lights. Would go again in a heartbeat (after a nice long rest). 😀

All tours were very well run, efficient without any sense of rushing. The guides
were also our drivers. They shared lots of interesting information and told
humorous stories. We learned about the places we were visiting, but also about
life in Iceland, and its history. All our guides were excellent: personable,
attentive, engaging. BG, who led our South Coast and Snaefellsnes tours, was
particularly fantastic. Of course he was well versed in the expected tour
narratives. But he was also completely willing, and very good at, answering our
questions from left field. Really impressive!

I had a fabulous experience with Iceland tours. My flight to Reykjavik was
cancelled so I was delayed by 24 hours in getting to Iceland. I emailed my
agent, Marie Villard, who immediately rebooked all my tours and got refunds for
anything I missed. Marie is exceptional.
