     This Hotel is amazing and extravagant. This is a place where your vacation
     becomes more than a vacation. It is beautiful and there is something to do
     and they have shuttles to wherever you need to go. If you have not been

     LOVELY HOTEL BUT STAFF WAS WELL BELOW STANDARD
     
     The hotel was beautiful. My husband was there for a conference and I tagged
     along with our infant. The room was not vacuumed well - it had crumbs on
     the floor, bottle cap beside the bed, fork under the table, and toenails
     all over the floor. Did they even clean the room?! The restaurants were
     beautiful and delicious but the servers were awful. They were very rushed,
     like only asked if we needed anything while already walking away. One
     server was from another restaurant and had to consult with others for every
     question we had. We were constantly asking for more water. It was pretty
     incredible how consistently sub-standard the service was across several
     different restaurants. We tried to do a paid scavenger hunt as part of
     their fall events. But the desk to pick up the booklet was nowhere to be
     found. It was a weekday and I could find no general hotel staff to help me
     and the website and signs were not helpful at all. Luckily I didn't pay for
     it yet but feel like we missed out. For how amazing this hotel is
     physically, the staff was just on a whole other standard. It was pretty
     disappointing.

     The Opryland Hotel is a great place for a family trip. The services are
     great and you do not have to leave the hotel unless you want to. We
     attended the Grand Ole Opry on our trip and went to the mall. These
     activities are within walking distance or you can ride the hotel shuttle.

     GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILIES
     
     This was our first time at this resort. All we can say is Wow!! So many
     great things to do! Great activities for families with kids. Staff was so
     friendly. The boat ride was super fun and very interactive. Food and shops
     were great too. Will definitely come back and explore the water park.

Taking care of our guests has always been our number one priority. We have
implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices, in response to
the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with our high standards of cleanliness and

We are raising our demanding standards to an even higher level with new
protocols for the current circumstances. As a part of Marriott International’s
family, we have put in place a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the
health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19 as outlined in Marriott’s

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

If you would like to enjoy our Resort prior to check-in time, the bell stand can
hold your luggage, and we suggest you pre-pack a separate day bag with all your
essential items and attire.

During check-in, please confirm we have your email address on file to ensure you
receive your e-folio after departure.

Please note that the following items are required for check-in:

*Person whose name is on the reservation must be present with their ID at
check-in
*Any validation for special rates (AAA, AARP, etc.)
*Credit card or debit card


DEPARTURE INFORMATION

Bell stand can hold your luggage if you would like to stay past check-out time.

During peak departure times, valet service will be expedited on the drive and
will be first-come, first-serve [call-down service will not be available].

We know your time is valuable, so a copy of your folio will be emailed directly
to you after your stay. Folios will not be delivered to the Guest Room. To save
you even more time, you may now check-out via text message, as well as on your
in-room TV.

To check out with your cell phone, simply text the word “Checkout” followed by
your room number to 55000.

To check out using the TV, select Checkout from the Main Menu screen.


SAFE TRAVELS TO MUSIC CITY

Nashville has been named a Safe Travels Destination by the World Travel &
Tourism Council, making it one of only a few destinations in the United States

POOL SAFETY

Attendants are dedicated to regular cycles of guest touch point sanitization.
There is expanded distance between chaise lounge chairs to maintain social
distance and cloth chair cushions have been removed. Partitions have been
installed at the welcome desk. Chaise lounge chairs, cabanas, tubes and slide

POOL AND WATER ATTRACTION POLICY

In order to enable a more spacious & comfortable experience and proper social
distancing for our guests, pool occupancy limits will be applied. Guests can
access our Resort pools on a first come, first serve basis.  The only guaranteed
access to SoundWaves water attraction is by booking the SoundWaves Experience
Package; room-only reservations do not include SoundWaves. Learn More About

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION

In response to changing marketplace conditions, Gaylord Hotels is committed to
ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.
For all Gaylord Hotels, we are extending our flexible reservation policies.
Change and cancellation policies for guests with existing reservations for any
future arrival date, including pre-paid reservations, full changes or
cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS

STARS (employees) are required to be aware of and follow personal hygiene,
physical distancing and Personal Protective Equipment, in compliance with all
federal, state and local public health guidance. Hand sanitizing stations for
guest use are placed in high traffic areas and public spaces.

SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re laser-focused on providing our teams with the tools, training and
resources that are necessary in this environment. We ask that you also take
steps to protect the health of those around you: avoiding traveling if not well,
practicing sound preventative actions such as good hand hygiene, and following
the physical distancing and health practices as outlined by state/local law and
the hotel.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPH POLICY?

Professional photographers are not permitted for still, video or drone
photography sessions on the resort’s private property. Families are welcome to
capture their own memorable moments with personal “snap and shoot” cameras,
iPhones and non-professional cameras. Meeting planners or local/social catering
customers are permitted to have professional photographers to capture images for
their events in their contracted event space only; other public spaces of the
hotel are excluded.
