HOW DO I UPGRADE FROM HEROKU'S FREE TIER AND BEGIN USING PAID RESOURCES?


ISSUE

You'd like to begin using paid resources but are unsure where to upgrade your
current dynos.


RESOLUTION

In order to begin using paid resources with Heroku, you will first need to
verify your account with a valid credit card.

UPGRADING FROM FREE RESOURCES

Once you have added your card, you'll be able to upgrade and scale your dyno
formation and provision Heroku Add-ons. We've selected a few articles from our
Dev Center to help guide you through the process of installing and scaling paid
resources with Heroku:

If you accidentally select the wrong dyno, you can always downgrade immediately.
All credit card billing on Heroku is pro-rated to the second. As an example, a
$25/month dyno is approximately $0.035/hour.

The pricing page will allow you to view different options available for the
