HVB FÖR BARN OCH UNGDOMAR

Vi är ett behandlingshem för barn och ungdomar i åldern 13-20 år med social
problematik, som vistas i olämpliga miljöer, tidiga relationsstörningar, ADHD,
autism, utåtagerande beteende, begynnande kriminalitet och missbruk,
relationsproblem, låg impulskontroll, koncentrationssvårigheter samt andra
självdestruktiva inslag i livsföringen.

På Stradivarius arbetar vi med Fas-behandling. Det är ett kognitivt
beteendeterapeutiskt system som är självmotiverande. Genom att individen är med
och påverkar både behandlingens innehåll och tempo så ger det den unge personen
en adekvat känsla av kontroll över sin egen behandling.

Verksamheten ligger strax utanför Skellefteå och är belägen i en vacker
prästgård. Här finns ett utslussningshus, samt stödboende för ungdomar över 18
år och en daglig verksamhet i form av ett travstall.

På Stradivarius är behandlingen indelad i tre faser. Varje fas innehåller
tydliga uppgifter som ungdomen, föräldrar, socialtjänst och Stradivarius
utvärderar tillsammans. Det är ett kognitivt beteendeterapeutiskt system som är
självmotiverande. Genom att ungdomen är med och påverkar både behandlingens
innehåll och tempo så ger det den unge personen en adekvat känsla av kontroll
över sin egen behandling.


FAS ETT

Fas ett är en lära känna fas där fokus är på utredning, kartläggning och
gränssättning. Ungdomen går skola och har fritidsaktiviteter tillsammans med
personalen. I stallet får ungdomarna följa stallets rutiner, regler och vanor
som skapar en strukturerad och trygg miljö. Struktur och regelbundenhet gör att
ungdomarna och hästarna känner sig trygga och lugna. Ridning och körning med
häst ingår i verksamheten efter ungdomarnas förmåga och förutsättningar. Fas ett
brukar vara klar inom fyra månader.


FAS TVÅ

Fas två är genomförandefasen där fokus är på fungerande skolgång, regelbunden
samtalskontakt och meningsfulla fritidsaktiviteter som ungdomen kan fortsätta
med efter behandlingstiden. Familjesamtal hålls regelbundet under fas två samt
även nätverksarbete kan påbörjas. Tidsangivelsen i fas två är mycket individuell
utifrån ungdomens och familjens resurser.


FAS TRE

Fas tre kan se ut på två olika sätt. I denna fas fungerar skola,
fritidsaktiviteter ev. medicinering och hemhelger. De ungdomar som ska flytta
tillbaka till ursprungsfamiljen eller till familjehem börjar åka hem oftare och
samarbetet med familjen blir än mer intensivt. De ungdomar som ska slussas ut
till eget boende eller till utsluss börjar detta under fas tre.
