What is Stability?



Stability was founded to solve the problem of making payments and transfers
using a transparent and secure asset for both corporate and retail customers.
The platform operates based on the principles of decentralization in the
processes of interaction with the client, demonstrating full transparency of
transactions and operation of smart contracts. Stability brings users a new
experience of interacting with stablecoins, when it is possible to earn passive
income on the current balance.

What is STBL?



STBL is a stablecoin that can be issued by users of the Stability platform,
after undergoing a series of KYC/KYB verification procedures and AML checks.
STBL is pegged at 1-to-1 with a fiat currency (USD) and can be collateralized
with other stablecoins as well as a number of fiat currencies (the current list
is available in the issuer's personal cabinet). STBL is a fully collateralized
stablecoin, the collateral of which is held in the accounts of licensed
management companies

How STBL is issued?



STBL can be issued by a platform user who has pre-applied to join and has
undergone KYC/KYB verification procedures and provided all necessary documents
regarding the origin of funds. Upon successful verification, the user is
assigned an issuer role and a limit within which it can issue/redeem STBLs. The
user independently submits the request and signs the minting transaction from
his crypto-wallet interacting with the smart contract via the platform's web
interface. Depending on the selected collateral (crypto, fiat), an additional
series of checks (KYT, AML) are performed, after which the STBL mint to the
client's wallet is confirmed.
