OECD TRANSFER PRICING HELP BOOSTED AFRICA, UKRAINE REVENUE

Tax authorities in Africa and Ukraine said technical assistance from the OECD in
transfer pricing has resulted in higher revenue and improved compliance.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has helped develop a
regional network of transfer pricing experts to harmonize certain measures
across states, according to Salifou Tiemtore, director of Customs Union and
Taxation at the Economic Community of West African States Commission. Tiemtore
was speaking Tuesday at the OECD Tax and Development Days.
