The state has approved Family Resource Center’s bid documents for the Carlin Street project. PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE. We are now able to offer an online client portal to process payments. You will need to have the following information ready in order to process the payment: * Client ID Number * Client First and Last Name * Client Date of Birth Payments can be made by card or electronic check. Use the buttons below to learn more or process a payment. Family Resource Center will not deny access to services due to inability to pay. We have a sliding fee schedule available based on your family size and income. Details will be shared with you during enrollment.
