ABOUT US


ST MARYS INDOOR SHOOTING CENTRE



We are Sydney's largest public indoor shooting range located at St Marys, less
than an hour's drive from Sydney CBD.

As an indoor recreation facility to the public, we are open from 10am to 10pm
Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.

The range features electronically controlled target carriers that can be set at
distances from 7m up to 50m, suitable for most rifle and pistol shooting. No
need to wait for ceasefires to change your targets, bring them back and send
them out again as you like.

stocked firearms dealership, and firearm storage facilities for members. The
Centre has a comfortable fully air-conditioned lounge area.

Pricing for range attendances is $28 for SSAA members and $38 for non-members.
Discounted rates are available for SSAA pensioner, family, and junior members.
Typically there is no time limit, but at busy times when a waiting list is in
effect shooting time is restricted to one hour.

a comprehensive set of range rules in place to provide a safe and enjoyable
space for all patrons. Please take the time to read  and familiarise yourself
with the range rules before coming to visit.

This information sheet is for shooters and other customers at the St Marys
Indoor Shooting Centre (SMISC). It summarises parts of the more detailed SMISC

interested in the shooting sport.




BOOKINGS NOT REQUIRED FOR LICENCED SHOOTERS

Licenced shooters wishing to use the range do not need to book in advance to
secure a lane. Walk-ins are accepted.

Shooters attending the range are expected to comply with the range rules and the
current COVID Safety Plan.


TRY SHOOTING PACKAGES

If you have never tried the safe, fun and unique range of shooting sports, why

WHAT'S ON AT SMISC

St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre offers events catering to shooters of all ages
and skill levels. Competitions are regularly scheduled for a range of
disciplines including lever action rifle, field rifle, and a wide range of
pistol events.

Firearm safety training and coaching is also offered for junior shooters as part
of our Junior Development Program, and newly licenced adults through
Introduction to Rifle Shooting.
