For over 15 years, our award winning specialist team of archive technicians and
audio-visual engineers have been working for production houses, museums, local
government, libraries, corporate and private clients offering audio-visual,
photographic film and document digitisation and imaging services in line with
IASA guidelines and The National Archives Standards for analogue media including
rare, fragile and specialist collections.

We are proud to be one of the leading archiving, digitisation and imaging
companies in the UK and Europe offering cutting edge quality audio-visual
conversions using World leading AWS Elemental archival analogue conversion
units, alongside leading Blackmagic decks, Prism Sound and Izotope audio
restoration. Alongside our highly impressive archive department offering
Bookeye, Contex, Silverfast AI Archive Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software
to provide all supported digital imaging output formats. Our state of the art
in-house facilities in Kidlington, just outside the beautiful City of Oxford and
within easy reach of all transport links. With a large car park and lovely
gardens, you are welcome to drop orders in during our office hours.

To ensure your confidence, we adhere to the preservation of digital records
using The National Archives Standards and The International Association of Sound
and Audiovisual Archives TC-06 guidelines. We actively support The National
Archives in tackling the challenges of digital preservation, ensuring continued
access to digital information in the future.

DIGITISING DOCUMENTS

Working with clients all over the UK, we digitise corporate, consumer and
heritage document, book and map archives into suitable digital files for online
use. 

Our Bookeye A1 Book Scanner offers high resolution planetary scanning for
fragile delicate books and rare maps, parchment or materials  up to DIN A1+.   


DIGITISING PHOTO FILM

Our archive department is equipped with the leading photographic film and
photograph machinery, ensuring consistent and high quality digitistion of all
film type formats from 110mm to glass plate negatives.

Adhering to The National Archives Specifications, our  services are both leading
and award winning, ensuring complete confidence. 


DIGITISING AUDIO-VIDEO 

Working with the leading AWS and Blackmagic conversion processors, our services
incorporate every audio, video, vinyl and reel format in both open spool and
closed tape formats. 

Digital file formats can support clients with Pro-ResHQ, 10-bit AVI,  MPEG4,
AIFF, WAV, MP3, with most other options available upon request.

September 2023, we were thrilled to be one of the top 3 finalists for the Small
