RESUME-LIBRARY PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: January 2020

Last Reviewed: January 2020

Resume-Library Inc. (also referred to as "we", "us", "Resume-Library")
endeavours to ensure that the information that you submit to us remains private
and that it is used only for the purposes described below. We aim to provide a
safe and secure experience for all our users. We understand the importance of
maintaining the confidentiality of your Resume and other information stored
about you while using the Website. This Privacy Policy explains how we may
collect, use, and disclose your personal information, your rights in connection
with our possession, and use of your personal information. This Privacy Policy
does not apply to companies that Resume-Library does not own or control, or to
people that Resume-Library does not employ.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any
time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated
notice on the Website and update the notice's effective date. Your continued use
of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of
such changes.

CALIFORNIAN RESIDENTS

If you are a Californian resident, additional rights and procedures applicable
to your personnel information are set forth in our Privacy Notice to Californian
Residents.

ACCOUNT AND RESUME INFORMATION

Providing your uploaded Resume and related details, including personal
information contained in them, is a key part of facilitating the services
Resume-Library provides to its users. When you register with Resume-Library,
your details, including your uploaded Resume and any personal information
contained in it, can be made available for searching or viewing over the
Internet. Your details may be downloaded by any direct recruiter, employment
consultant or other person who is a Resume-Library client and requests Resumes
matching your profile to be sent to them. Resume-Library attempts to verify the
identity and the nature of the business of such organisations; however, we do
not make any warranties as to their authenticity or identity.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is any information that can be used, directly or
indirectly, to identify, locate or contact someone. Types of personal
information include names, physical addresses, mailing addresses, social
security numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, bank account numbers and
driver's license numbers. Under certain circumstances, personal information may
also include other information that can reasonably link to a person, such as
internet protocol (IP) addresses, unique device identification numbers,
employment information, medical information and internet activity.

If you create or upload your Resume with us, we will collect personal
information from you, such as your name, contact information, and other details.
Once you register with Resume-Library and accept our Terms & Conditions, you are
not anonymous to us. We may use information that you provide to alert you to our
own products and services, we may contact you regarding site changes or changes
to the Resume-Library products or services that you use, and we may use personal
information you have provided to as set forth in this Privacy Policy and as
requested or permitted by you through the use of your account with us.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information from consumers at the time of registration with
Resume-Library and when the consumer uploads his/her resume as described above
in our Privacy Policy under the heading "Your personal information". If you
contact us through our website, we will receive your name, email address and any
comments included in your message.

We also receive personal information from persons and entities including
third-party job boards, resume writers and other similar platforms concerned
with providing services to job seekers. We treat such information, including
personal information, received from third parties consistent with the terms of
this Privacy Policy.

Our web servers may also collect information from visitors to our Website. Like
many websites, we routinely capture your IP address information to determine
your location. An IP address, or 'internet protocol address', is a unique
identifying number given to every device connected to the Internet. Like a car
license plate, an IP address is a special serial number used for identification.
This helps us work out whether you are visiting the site from within the U.S.,
EU or rest of the world, and means we can show you content that's specific to
your location and ask the right questions about your eligibility to work in the
specific country you are wishing to work in, should you wish to apply for a job
on Resume-Library. Resume-Library automatically receives and records information
on our web server logs from your browser, including your IP address.
Resume-Library records IP addresses for anonymous statistical purposes,
administration of our website and servers, and to improve our services.

Information may also be gathered from your registration and your use of our
website through "cookies". The information gathered may be used by
Resume-Library internally, for purposes relating to your use of the website.
This information may be passed to carefully selected third parties to use for
marketing activities. If you subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive
direct marketing/information from Resume-Library or no longer wish us to pass
your information to third parties, you should notify us using the Contact page
of our website or delete your Resume. Resume-Library may set and access cookies
on your computer as further described below under the heading "Resume-Library
Cookie Policy".

Notwithstanding any other provision, we may also engage a data provider who may
collect web log data from you (including IP address and information about your
browser or operating system), or place or recognize a unique cookie on your
browser to enable you to receive customized ads or content. The cookies may
reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily
have submitted to us, e.g., your email address, that we may share with a data
provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form.

HOW WE SHARE AND USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register, we store some information about you in your account, but it
is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you. It does not form
part of our candidate database and cannot be searched or accessed by
Resume-Library customers. You can delete your account at any time. If you choose
to create a profile and upload a Resume to our database, we rely on you to
ensure that your details are kept up to date. You should update your Resume at
least every six months, particularly if your contact details have changed.

We provide personal information to third parties we contract with, including by
providing requested Resumes and related information to direct recruiters,
employment consultants or other persons or organisations or their
representatives (collectively "Potential Employers") who request via our
platform that Resumes matching your profile to be sent to them. This data may be
transferred cross-border from where it was originated. We reserve the right to
charge these Potential Employers a fee for accessing your information, including
personal information, as part of providing our services.

We also disclose information to 3rd party platforms concerned with managing
recruitment processes for employers and recruiters. Typical examples include
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) who may provide access to the Resume-Library
candidate database in order to assist employers searching for suitable
candidates for their open roles. Shared information includes, name, email,
phone, location, employment, education history and uploaded Resumes.

Please note that Resume-Library reserves the right to remove from our database
any resumes which include any content that we consider to be illegal or
offensive.

If you input your information on a third-party registration or job application
page, e.g. a Resume-Library client-company registration page, then the
information that you provide will be subject to the privacy terms of the
third-party two whom you submit it. Resume-Library is not responsible for the
information that the client receives.

Resume-Library will also use aggregate data to identify employment trends across
different industries, such as salary averages. This information will not be
capable of being linked to any personally identifying information about users.

PLEASE NOTE: Your current employer may be a customer of Resume-Library, or a
client of one of our customers. Resume-Library does not restrict the customers
who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any
eventuality resulting from our provision of your information to customers of
Resume-Library consistent with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

STATISTICAL INFORMATION

Resume-Library also gathers general information about users, for example, what
services users access the most and which areas of the Resume-Library site are
most frequently visited, the number of Resumes on the database, or the number of
visitors to the site and for other lawful purposes. Such data is used in the
aggregate to help us to understand how Resume-Library is used. We gather this
information so that we can continue to improve and develop our services to
benefit our users. We may make this aggregated information available to users of
Resume-Library, to our clients, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third
parties. These statistics are anonymous and contain no personal information and
cannot be used to gather such information.

RESUME-LIBRARY COOKIE POLICY: THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS

Resume-Library uses browser cookies; this means our webservers put small files
(the 'cookies') onto your computer to collect information as you use the
website. What the cookies contain varies depending on the features they are
being used for. Cookies enable Resume-Library to monitor traffic, remember users
and their preferences, and to provide features to users across multiple web
servers.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our
website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address,
email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites
in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Our partners use this information to recognize you across different channels and
platforms, including but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, and Smart
TVs, over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve
interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with
ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You
can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising
Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website or members of the Digital Advertising
Alliance ("DAA") on the DAA's website. You can choose whether to accept cookies;
however, if you do not accept Resume-Library cookies some of our services may
not be available to you.

Resume-Library uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site. The
tool uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to collect
standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an
anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the
website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is
then used to evaluate use of the website and to compile statistical reports on
website activity for Resume-Library.

We will never (and will not allow any third-party to) use the statistical
analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information
(PII) of visitors to our site. Google will not associate your IP address with
any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link,
an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any
data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from
any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on
our website.

You may choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically
default to accept them, but you can usually modify your browser setting to
decline cookies. If you reject cookies by changing your browser settings, then
be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on our website.

Any further queries should be directed through our contact form.

You can remove any of the information that Resume-Library stores about you, at
any time, by logging into your Resume-Library account and choosing to delete the
account.

SECURITY; RETENTION

Our website is protected against unauthorised access using the latest security
devices and 'firewalls'. Like the spam you may receive in your personal email
inbox; fraudsters have started creating false job offers in an attempt to gather
personal details. We consistently monitor job postings on the site, and we are
committed to ensuring that jobs listed on Resume-Library.com are legitimate and
comply with our Terms & Conditions. However, we cannot verify with certainty the
identity and veracity of Potential Employers who post jobs and/or request
Resumes through our website. We are not responsible for the results of your
choosing to provide your information, including personal information, to such
third parties through use of our services.

At no point during the application process with Resume-Library should you be
asked to complete any monetary transactions or provide personal information
beyond your resume. If you notice anything suspicious, we advise you to email us
on help@resume-library.com and stop communication with the recruiter or
employer. For more information on how to spot scam emails, take a look at this
blog post.

provided the personal information to confirm that the third-party provided a
valid notice at collection to you informing you of the uses that would be
applicable to your information and to obtain signed attestations from the
third-party describing how the third-party gave the notice at point of
collection and including an example of the notice, or (2) contact you directly
to inform you about our potential sale of personal information and to provide
you with a notice or right to opt-out of such sales. Attestations shall be
retained by us for at least two years and made available to you upon request.

The CCPA provides consumers (residents of California) with specific rights
regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights
and explains how to exercise those rights.

A. ACCESS TO SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND DATA PORTABILITY RIGHTS

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about
our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12)

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information
that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we
receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct
our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records,
unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for
us or our service provider(s) to:

 * Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information,
provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably
anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you,

   provided informed consent.

expectations based on your relationship with us.
 * Comply with a legal obligation.
 * Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible
with the context in which you provided it.

C. EXERCISING ACCESS, DATA PORTABILITY, AND DELETION RIGHTS

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above,
please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us as follows:

(1) calling us at 1-857-239-0143, (2) writing to us at help@resume-library.com,
or (3) accessing your candidate account
(https://www.resume-library.com/candidate/delete) and selecting the delete
Option. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State
that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request
related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer
request on behalf of your minor child.

If you wish to register a person to operate on your behalf, you must inform us
by contacting our customer services team and validating your identity so that
the identity of the authorised person may be recorded.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability
twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

 * Provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the
person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized
   representative.
 * Describe your request with enough detail that allows us to properly
understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
 * We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if
we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm
the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal
information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the
requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

D. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45)
days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason
and extension period in writing within forty-five (45) days of receipt of your
request. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your
option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding
the verifiable consumer request's receipt.

The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a
request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format
to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow
you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without
hindrance, specifically by electronic mail communication.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request
unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine
that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and
provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

E. PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES OPT-OUT AND OPT-IN RIGHTS

If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell
your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell
the personal information of consumers we know are less than 16 years of age,
unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either
the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of
a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to personal
information sales, including but not limited to those between 13 and 16 years of
age, may opt-out of future sales at any time as described herein.

To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may
submit a request to us by:

 * Email us: help@resume-library.com.
 * Write to us: 361 Newbury St, Suite 510, Boston, MA 02115

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months
before asking you to re-authorize personal information sales. However, you may
change your mind and opt back into personal information sales at any time by
visiting our website and sending us a message. We will only use personal
information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the
request.

F. NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

 * Deny you goods or services.
 * Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through
granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
 * Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
 * Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services
or a different level or quality of goods or services.
