We have a global team of over 4,000 certified sourcers who are required to go through our extensive training program and receive their certification to begin working with us. Our sourcers have a strong background in sourcing, and they are compensated based on their performance. We measure their performance by: * The quality of their profile submission as rated by our clients * Their efficiency- which is based on a 24 hour turn-around time * Ensuring that they meet our quality assurance standards We have found that by upholding our team to these high standards, we have been able to maintain a 90% average approval rating across all of our clients based on the quality of profiles submitted. When you post a job on visage you will receive profiles from 5-15 sourcers around the world. We offer ethical and flexible freelance positions to the sourcers in our community and they are paid fairly per submission.
