WHY WE ARE TAKING ACTION

For too long, Linfox has been exploiting drivers, owner drivers and
subcontractors, underpaying them, and using bullying tactics to silence those
who speak out. We believe that every driver deserves fair pay and respectful
treatment. This class action lawsuit aims to hold Linfox accountable for their
actions and ensure justice for all affected drivers, owner drivers and
subcontractors.

By joining this class action, you will stand alongside fellow drivers, owner
drivers and subcontractors, who have experienced similar mistreatment. Together,

 * Consistent underpayment of wages.

   subcontractors,.
 * Blanketly underpaying and ignoring request for review
 * Placing payments on hold or simply not paying
 * Failure to acknowledge and rectify payment deficiencies.
 * Forcing rate reductions without consultation and where they are not feasible
 * Forced rate reductions that mean subcontractors cannot afforf to pay minimum
   wages
 * Inconsistent rates applied to each subcontractor or driver.
 * Unfair fuel levy or no fuel levy applied.
 * Disregard for proper working conditions and driver welfare.
