LOGIN OR REGISTER

Welcome to the log in screen of your online induction system. Enter your login
details to access your induction. If you can’t remember your password, press
“Forgot Password”.

If you need to register an account, press on the Register button if it is
displayed.


RECOVERING YOUR PASSWORD

If you cannot remember your password, we have a password reset function to help
you access your account. After pressing “Forgot Password”, you will be presented
with the screen below.

RECOVER BY EMAIL

To recover your password via email, enter the email address associated with your
account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please
follow the prompts to access your account with your new password.

RECOVER BY SMS

To recover your password via SMS, press the circle next to SMS to change the
recovery mode from email to SMS. Enter the mobile number associated with your
account. You will need to have your phone near you. Please follow the prompts to
access your account.

CREATE A NEW PASSWORD AND LOGIN

When following the prompts, you will be given a new password. Please note, this
new password will not be sent via email and will disappear from view once you
proceed to login. Use this password and your username or email to access your
account by logging in as normal.
