Both our Silver and Gold plans include testing on the latest devices, bug fixes,
SDK/library upgrades, app store publishing (every 2 months), and priority
support. The Gold plan also includes 20 hours of development work each month.

Do I need a maintenance plan if my app isn’t that complex?

Even simple apps can benefit from maintenance. New devices and operating systems
are released regularly, and bugs can still be found. A maintenance plan ensures
your app stays compatible, secure, and functioning smoothly.

What if I’m not sure if your plans are right for me?

Our plans are ideal if you want to keep your app compatible with the latest
devices, ensure value for your money, prepare for investor demos, or gain peace
of mind to focus on growth.


PRICING AND SERVICE

What’s the difference between the Silver and Gold plans?

The Silver plan is for apps on a single platform (iOS or Android), while the
Gold plan covers both platforms. The Gold plan also includes 20 hours of
development work each month.

Why do you offer a refund if I’m not satisfied?

We are confident in the quality of our service. If you’re not happy for any
reason, we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

How many hours of work are included in each plan?

The Silver plan includes standard support hours. The Gold plan includes 20 hours
of dedicated development work each month.

What happens if I go over the included development hours in the Gold plan?

We can discuss additional development needs at our standard hourly rate.

Do you test my app on real devices?

Yes, we test your app on the latest iOS and Android devices to ensure
compatibility and functionality.

How often are bugs fixed and libraries updated?

Bugs are fixed and libraries are upgraded every 2 months as part of our
maintenance plans.

How often are apps published to the app store?

We publish app updates to the app store every 2 months, but more frequent
updates can be accommodated.


WHO NEEDS MAINTENANCE?

My app is a few years old. Does it still need maintenance?

Yes, even older apps can benefit from maintenance to ensure compatibility with
newer devices and operating systems, fix bugs, and improve security.

I don’t plan on releasing any new features for my app. Do I still need
maintenance?

securely, even if you’re not adding new features.


BACKEND MAINTENANCE

Does your maintenance plan cover backend maintenance?

Our core plans focus on mobile app maintenance. Backend maintenance can be
included as an optional add-on, depending on your needs.

How much backend maintenance does a typical app require?

For most apps, backend maintenance is minimal unless you’re introducing new
features or functionalities.  In many cases, 10 hours per month can be
sufficient to handle server and backend maintenance tasks.
