I'd like to enable Password Rules and Expiry. I was wondering what will hapen
for existing users? Will they receive an e-mail to change their passwords
immediately? Should they changed their password before I enable the new security
requirement?

Adding the Day of the month to a docusign but NOT the entire date.
Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When
I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify. For Example it
will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change
the settings.

Gibberish letters transposed onto document
Document fully executed. Upon opening the document, I get an error message from
Adobe Acrobat “There was an error porcessing a page. Bad font object or font
descriptor object.” I see gibberish letters transposed upon numbers that are
very important in this document. Anyone have a solution?

Client nor myself are getting the document
I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received
their document. I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either. I
contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they
do not even see it ever being sent to me. This is an important document that I
am needing our client to sign before the end of the month. Any suggestion on
what could be going on?

User not receiving email after submitting form in test environment
Hi all, I’ve got a user who is training others on how to use DocuSign. She is
using the test environment found here: https://apps-d.docusign.com After she
submits the form she never gets an email notification. I successfully logged
into the test environment and see her envelope. In production, I usually Resend
the envelope and the issue is solved, but in the test environment she does not
receive any email, even after I click the resend button for that specific
envelope. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get
the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings. How do
I find it? and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does
the signature actually work still nowadays? A lot of people are complaining
about the INPI rejecting Docusign’s signature certificate. Thank you!

Dear support,Dear DocuSign community, I am struggling with some new features in
DocuSign which I noticed today and for which I need a recommendation or
solution: a. in the past I had 3 options for signing an envelope now I have 5
(which one to use is now more complex as I have several partners who accept
DocuSign but do not have an account) When I initiated the signage process in the
past, I could just put my initials on each page of the doc and sign with the SMS
→ NOW DocuSign asks on each page for 1) the purpose of the initials and 2) the
Authentication (that is wired and exhausting - please help) Thank you very much
for your support!

We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our
newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We
re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked

to add specific data like contract number and company. When editing the template

Sending Bulk Envelopes With Unique Documents to Sign
Scenario: We have to send specialized offer letters to ~200 new hires. This will
be a standard template with customized fields for each hire (e.g. Name, address,
etc.). We were thinking of using mail merge in office along with the data in
excel to create all of the letters. Question: Can we do this directly in
Docusign and create the unique envelops to be signed by each new hire.
Alternatively, is there a way to bulk create envelopes and with the proper
attached document for each person to save time. Goal: looking to save time by
not having to manually create ~200 docusign envelops via template and fill in
the fields / upload docs one by one Apologies if this has been answered before.

How to prevent the automatic loading of a previously created signature ?
Hi everyone, When I sign documents, my previously created signature is
automatically loaded and reused. However, I would prefer to recreate my
signature each time for better customization and control. Currently, the
behavior I observe is as follows : Do you know if there’s a setting or

New user, paid for license, unable to create support case
Just what the title says - new Docusign user (kinda regretting this decision
already)…. Was using a trial and upgraded to paid for today. Never got a
response from sales when I was in trial mode. Went to open a support case today
now that’s I’m paid for - and it says I can’t as my account does not have that
privilege. Anyone have any tips here - worst part of this is I was able to open
a case when I was a trial user and they told me to talk to sales…. how, as I
said, ignored any request. Typing this out I feel stupid for spending the money
now...
