   Client Excellence 
   
   This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and
   communication throughout the entire project lifecycle on behalf of a candy
   manufacture including facilitating client-facing meetings, creating project
   timelines, trafficking approvals, internal & external integrated meetings,
   and deliverables, ensuring campaign KPIs are being met, and reconciling
   budgets. 
   
    * Lead and deliver client and partner communications to provide visibility,
      clarity and accountability to the production processes including
      compliance signoffs, content production, approvals, and launch steps, as
      well as discuss overall campaign performance while optimizing the
      effectiveness of the media assets. 
    * Ability to hold agency partners accountable for addressing feedback and
      assisting each team manage respective timelines for campaign activations. 
    * Our desired candidate is diligent, organized, enthusiastic, compassionate,
      and initiative taking. 
   
   Project Management 
   
    * Managed the Integrated Marketing Campaign annual planning process
      * Lead timeline and planning with the integrated agency teams + client 
      * Oversee planning rounds including compiling plans and presentation
        building and delivery 
    * Collaborate across internal Beacon Media and Beacon Communications,
      external Creative Social, and Digital agencies to ensure the full
      Integrated Marketing Campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 
    * Develop comprehensive project timelines and deliverable schedules for the
      latest content programs signed with respective partners. 
    * Work with the campaign optimization analyst to monitor the campaign’s
      performance success, following budgets and client KPIs, to ensure all
      programs are tracking to meet the campaign goals. 
    * Manage relationships with various third-party vendors and contributors
      recruited to help build deliverables for individual content programs. 
    * Regularly communicates and follows up on project status to all project
      stakeholders, including day-to-day clients, agency partners, and agency
      team. 
      
   
   Financial Management 
   
    * Develops scopes of work, manages project scope, communicates out-of-scope
      activities, and recommends proposed action steps. 
    * Estimates projects 
    * Creates and manages fee and out-of-pocket budgets. 
    * Monitors budgets in real-time 
    * Manages third-party partners and/or vendor relationships. 
    * Collaborates with finance team. 
    * Supports client 
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and
   knowledge for successful performance would qualify. 
   
    * Bachelor’s degree required 
    * Project Manager Certification (PMP) preferred. 
    * 3+ years of experience managing and building relationships with internal
      and external clients as a project lead for large-scale, high-value
      multi-platform campaigns. 
    * Ability to drive projects forward, communicate status, meet deadlines, be
      a problem solver, and work with minimal supervision and guidance. 
    * Be an effective communicator 
    * Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills

   and Jeopardy! Reporting to the SVP, the Director’s primary role will be to
   develop and build deal structures, and analyze, negotiate, and draft
   development, talent, production, license, coproduction, and other agreements
   while providing ongoing business affairs counsel. The Director will advise
   and work closely with colleagues in creative, production, finance, marketing,
   publicity, consumer products, as well as with Business and Legal Affairs in
   other departments.
   
   RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
   
    * Structuring, negotiating, and drafting various development and production
      related agreements such as rights, network license agreements, talent,
      production services, location, consultant, and vendor agreements for game
      shows distributed on television (including prime time) and new media
      licensees/platforms.
    * Handling development through production for numerous television series and
      managing the day-to-day issues related thereto, including negotiating
      deals for talent, directors, and executive producers.
    * Advising internal clients on deal structures, physical production, rights
      and clearances, music licensing, distribution of television and digital
      content, the structure and administration of sweepstakes, sponsorships,
      product integration, new media initiatives, copyright/trademark issues,
      and other production, marketing, advertising, and licensing matters.
    * Negotiating content license agreements and acquisition agreements.
    * Interfacing on a day-to-day basis with various internal departments and
      colleagues in creative, production, finance, marketing, publicity,
      consumer products, as well as with Business and Legal Affairs in other
      departments, and providing business advice and consultation services on a
      regular basis.
    * Analyzing business and legal issues related to productions, as well as
      reviewing budgets and other financial information. 
    * Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting contracts; and providing thoughtful
      legal advice on potential risks and issues.
    * Assisting in creating template forms tailored to department’s needs;
      managing existing forms to ensure consistency with company policies and
      practices; creating new workflows and streamlined processes for
      department.
    * Developing and maintaining relationships with agencies, law firms,
      production companies, and other relevant industry contacts.
   
   REQUIREMENTS:
   
    * A JD and substantial experience (7-10 years) working in the business
      affairs or business/legal affairs department at a TV, cable or broadcast
      network, a streaming service, or a production company
      orentertainment-focused law firm. Game show experience a plus.
    * Cover letter required upon application.
    * Extensive experience in negotiating and drafting all manner of business
      affairs contracts for domestic development and production deals for
      television game shows/series.
    * Exceptional understanding of licensing and coproduction agreements and all
      other distribution-related and/or acquisition agreements.
    * Experience handling a variety of complex matters including talent, third
      party rights, guild/union issues, clearances, third party participations.
    * Strong legal acumen with the ability to demonstrate sound judgment.
    * Working knowledge of entertainment guild rules and regulations.
    * Familiarity with production clearance issues and ability to handle
      copyright and trademark matters.
    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    * Collaborative style with proven record of building strong relationships,
      both internally and externally at all levels.
    * Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to matters in a quick
      yet accurate manner.
    * Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and commitment to
      professionalism. 
    * Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and devise constructive
      solutions and strategies. 
   
   The anticipated base salary for this position is $155,000 to $200,000. This
   role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The
   actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including
   without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
   position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained,
   certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the
   location of the position.

 1. Create marketing and sales promotions by concepting, producing, writing and
    editing assigned projects.  Maintain the editorial “style” and “brand” of
    REELZ Channel for network presentation and Clients under the guidance of VP
    of Marketing.
 2. Manage the workflow of projects and address all challenges to keep projects
    moving ahead to completion while meeting all assigned deadlines.
 3. Complete, mix, version, exercise quality control, and deliver spots through
    digital portals
 4. Routinely exercise independent judgment and decision-making in carrying out
    job functions and completing assigned project.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Job Overview
This position has the overall responsibility and decision making for

Qualifications
 1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills,
    training, and experience in the cable television industry.
 2. A minimum of 3 years of previous similar work experience. 
 3. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and
    attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
 4. Superior writing, producing, and exceptional non-linear editing skills
    required.
 5. Thorough knowledge of software and editing and production techniques. 
    Significant experience with Premiere. Understand in standard audio mix
    procedures  
 6. Must be highly creative. 
 7. Proven ability to create and lead a project from start to finish without
    direct supervision. 
 8. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record as determined by
    the Company.
 9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet short deadlines.
