Jackson is a graduate of geology, a chattered tax practitioner, and a financial
consultant. His attitude towards work is characterised by the excellence he
exudes in all things. He is the Managing Consultant of Book Managers Ltd, a Tax,
Audit & Financial Consultancy Firm since 2002.

He is a fellow, Institute of Management Specialist UK (Nigerian Chapter), Fellow
Institute of Management Consultants. A chartered management consultant. He is
passionate about human capacity development, leadership and national
development, he is fondly referred to as the “thinker”.

Due to his unabashed, ruthlessly honest and widely relatable and applicable
viewpoints on a number of spiritual, individual and societal issues
unnecessarily bedevilling and holding humanity and the Nigerian nation hostage.
Jackson is a skilled trainer and passionate teacher, he has a unique way of
holding the attention of his audience and making even complex concepts easy to
grasp.

He is also the host of Raising the Standard Broadcast on Radio (PH, Bayelsa, Uyo
& Enugu) as well as being the Senior Pastor of Springhill Ministries in the city

FAITH OTTI

Educational Consultant & Founder of Maya's Ark Academy

Faith Otti is a fervid class teacher, a stalwart head of school, and an astute
school owner. She holds a first degree in Geology, a Postgraduate Diploma in
Education, and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration. Currently, she
is pursuing her PhD at the University of Port Harcourt.

Faith is the founder of Maya's Ark Academy, the chief consultant of
Consultfaitti, the CEO of Maya's Ark Educational Foundation, and the Lead
Trainer of Starters Educational Consultancy. She is married to Augustine Otti
and they have three children - Maya, Chiaka, and Nnabuikem Otti.

As a certified Cambridge Teacher and Trainer, Faith consults for numerous
schools across the country and has organized various training programs in
Nigeria. She is a mentor to many teachers and has a track record of starting and
grooming schools to world-class standards.
