I have been a project manager for ~ 10 years and know most of the topics
discussed in the class. This was the first time exposed to the “PMI Way” of
putting the terminology. That being said, it was a very fast pace to get through
all the topics in 3 days for me. I will likely need to take a bit of time to
apply all the new learned PMI specific terminology to being able to take the
test. On day 3 the instructors gave some wonderful helpful hints to studying for
the PMP Exam & I will be doing those things. My plans are to study for about 1-2
months on Practice tests and then take the test.

I really liked the grasp of knowledge that the instructors have of the PMP Exam

"This was my first exposure to PMP training. I’ve been heavily involved in
project management for 18 years working for a transit agency. The majority of
the projects I have managed are funded by the Federal Transit Administration. I
introduced myself to the PMBOK in 2003 and FTA guidelines for project management
plans. I was very excited about this class offering and immediately began
reviewing the study materials upon delivery to prepare for the training. I was
uncertain if the actual class would be a group review of all of the quizzes in
the text book, graded assignments, etc. What I quickly realized is that the
boot camp was set up such that if an individual had not read the text in advance
of the course the information was covered. Personally, this was the best
scenario for my learning style. I need repetition, because I can’t retain
information very well. There is so much information to cover in 3 days. I
learned a lot of new tools and techniques and can’t wait to put them into
practice. I was amazed at how well the instructors truly understood the
processes and I don’t believe they were stumped by any of the questions from the
audience. All-in-all this was an excellent course!"

the PMP examination may attend. Your PMP application does not need to be

2. PMP Pass Guarantee: Our PMP Pass Guarantee is our commitment to the
success of our students. If the student attends the PPM Global Services,
Inc. 3-Day PMP Boot Camp class and does not pass the PMP exam on his/her
first try, then the student may continue to attend any 3-Day PMP Boot Camp
class publicly offered by PPM Global Services, Inc. for FREE until the
student passes. It's that simple.
3. PMP Exam Application: Customer understands that the PMP exam application
and testing fees are not included within the price of this class. Before a
person can take the official PMP examination, he/she must submit a PMP Exam
application to PMI. The PMP Exam application must be approved by PMI
before the candidate can take the official PMP examination. PMI considers
several eligibility requirements when reviewing PMP Exam applications. It
is the responsibility of each student to review the PMP exam application
eligibility requirements to determine eligibility. PMP exam eligibility

guarantee that the student's PMP Exam application will be accepted by PMI.
The PMP Exam application DOES NOT NEED to be submitted to or approved by

4. Customer understands that this is an exam preparation course designed to
prepare the student for the PMP Exam. The official PMP Exam will not be
administered within the scope of this course.
5. The PMP Credential is governed solely by the Project Management Institute
(PMI). PPM Global Services, Inc. does not have the power to award the PMP
Credential to the student. The PMP Credential will not be issued to the
student within the scope of this course. The PMP Credential may be
conferred upon an individual upon successful completion of the PMP exam at
the sole discretion of PMI.
6. Electronic Communications: PPM Global Services, Inc. will communicate with
customer and student electronically, via email. Most email communications
initiated by PPM Global Services, Inc., related to this training will be
sent using the email address: training@ppmglobalservices.com. To ensure
receipt of communications related to this training, customer is responsible
for adding the email domain of PPM Global Services, Inc. to its list of
safe senders and for inspecting spam folders to retrieve communications
which may be sent by PPM Global Services, Inc.
7. Training Materials: All training materials ship from the United States.
For international shipments, buyer is responsible for import fees and
duties which may be levied by the country of destination at the time of
receipt. PPM Global Services, Inc. will transmit shipping address,
electronically to the shipper, exactly as entered on the student
registration form. PPM Global Services, Inc. cannot ship packages to a
post office (P.O.) box. Customer is responsible for providing a physical
shipping address, at the time of registration, which is valid and
deliverable. Customer accepts responsibility for taking delivery of
packages at the address provided by the customer at the time of
registration. Customer assumes responsibility for expenses related to
training materials that must be replaced or reshipped due to incorrect or
undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer at the time of
registration. PPM Global Services, Inc. will notify student via email when
package ships, and upon receipt of delivery notification from shipper.
Customer assumes full responsibility for expenses related to training
materials that must be replaced or reshipped if training materials are not
reported as missing, or undeliverable by the customer (or student) within 3
business days of electronic delivery notification sent by PPM Global
Services, Inc., to student.
8. Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and
substitutions, must be submitted via email to
training@ppmglobalservices.com, or to
accounting@ppmglobalservices.com. Cancellation requests received by PPM
Global Services, Inc. within 30 calendar days from date of purchase AND not
after 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the class for which the
student was originally registered, will receive a full refund, minus the
cost of the All-in-One PMP® Exam Prep Kit ($250), if those materials have
been shipped. Cancellation requests received greater than 30 days after
date of purchase OR after 30 days prior to the start date of the class for
which the student was originally registered are non-refundable. From time
to time, the student may receive reminders from GoToWebinar that contain
the statement, “If you can't attend this webinar, you may cancel your
registration at any time.” This statement is automatically generated by

9. Transfers: If space is available, PPM Global Services, Inc. is happy to
accommodate requests to transfer students between classes of the same
type. In the event that training materials, required for the originally
schedule class become obsolete, (i.e. a student transfers from a PMP Exam
Prep class for PMBOK 5th edition to PMBOK 6th Edition), then the student
may purchase new training materials from PPM Global Services, Inc. which
are compatible with the new class. PPM Global Services, Inc. does NOT
accept returns, or issue refunds or exchanges for obsolete training
materials, or for training materials which have been shipped to the
student.
10. Substitutions: PPM Global Services, Inc. is happy to accommodate requests
to substitute the registration of one student for the registration of
another student, in the same class. Training materials are personalized
and licensed to the student. Therefore, training materials are
non-transferable. Upon substitution, a fee of $250 will be assessed to the
buyer to cover the cost of issuing new training materials to the new
student.
